Fair analysis. I think IP could help in post production to send proxy files.

IT technologies in broadcast suck, how hard was it to create an spdif type of fiber sdi, now we have 5 layers of crap on top of the signal, aging network hardware, dying sfp's, edge cards and no way to plug and play, I hate it with a passion
