Looks like a good find there Russ. It'll be really nice to mix & grind your own feed. Now you're going to need a feed bin or an old gravity box wagon bed to store the feed in.

My uncle boought a new 950 IH mixer and I use to grind hogfeed with it when I was in grade school,it was a good unit,with normal maintenance,I don't remember any major issues.

Trying to be like Neslson with those pennies on the dollar purchases. I always wondered why the auger on our mixer was a pain in the butt to raise and lower but, after seeing yours I know why. Ours is missing that big spring mechanism. How is your dad liking the truck?

If it works for you then its not junk.. i used 1350 case ih and the new artsway..great machines.

International did not make their own mixers , it is an Artsway just painted red. A lot of companies did this to all types of machinery. Thanks.

I’ve seen a lot of Deere, New Holland and some others, but I don’t think I’ve seen an IH mixer before. I say it’s pretty good though.

Ot someone here selling feed corn for $300/in bulk bags and $320 for cracked in bulk bags. Thinking about getting some to mix it with the grass seed/clover seed screenings pellets. Nice grinder mixer! Hard to find machines! Keep it clean and dry, it will last a long time!! Scales would be nice. Sounds like a nice road trip 👍😎

We had a 1150 grinder yours looks similar to Artsway like my Uncle had. That's all we done on Saturday growing up grinding feed lol. Corn going be cheap might as well run it through the cows
