Bro, you did the reaction to Eminem Tobey, and you was jockin' it hard. I understand you yourself are in hip hop as an outsider culturally . But understand this Eminem is problematic in many ways . As a foundational Black American ( my people were here before 1619 and have indigenous roots) anyway this bothers many of us . Why did he use the name Tobey to diss JayZ ? Also his he trying to diss kendrick as well? Because the name Tobey comes from the t.v. series Roots by Alex Hailey, which " accounts" his maternal paternal ancestry from their first paternal ancestor KUNTA KINTE from the Mandinka peoples to America where he was forced( beaten unmercifully hung by rope in a tree for days without water or food for refusing )until he took the name TOBEY. 😳 SO TELL ME SCREW WHAT YA BOY MEANS BY THIS REFERENCE ? Eminem needs to be canceled he's a racist just as much as any other Karen in the world or fake liberal 🙄. " I'm not a racist I have black friends "😒

I don't feel bad for Drake AT ALL. He's been sneak dissing Kendrick for YEARS with Kendrick not having responded and when Kendrick finally warned him in Like That, his ego and yes men got to him and made him think it was a good idea to go after Kendrick. I'm not a mother but If someone questioned the paternity of my child, publicly- I'd be livid. I'm not a parent, but if someone questioned how good of a parent I am to my kids publicly, I'd be livid. Drake did both after Kendrick had warned him, if I'm remembering my timelines correctly. Drake requested Kendrick drop and Kendrick did, where is the issue? If Kendrick wants to count how many times Drake said "Drop" in push ups and release a diss for each one- that's warranted. Bro literally said, "If you take it there, I'm takin' it further. Psst, that's something you don't wanna do". Drake DID, so Kendrick did what he said he would!

So nobody but The Game really came out, and Millie Bobby Brown and the other Girl, stood up for Drake ROFL The Game is a weird ahhhh dude who is jealous of Kendrick and not getting what he wants because as 50 said he acts a fool essentially.

I think there was always a huge chunk of the hiphop audience and community who couldn’t stand Drake but not only did we not want to sound like haters, we didn’t want to FEEL like haters. Feeling like a hater is a bad feeling especially when you think you’re the only one who feels like that. We applauded DMX and we celebrated Pusha T but then we had to go back underground Kendrick being the visionary he is completely flipped the idea of being a hater on its head. Now not only is it okay to be a Drake hater, it’s okay to be a hater period if it’s for a good cause 😂 Like for the betterment and purity of the culture. Not every paycheck deserves defending. And before all this, Drake fans were the first to call you a hater if you said anything negative about him but now all of them are such vociferous Kendrick haters that, just like Jimmy Brooks, they don’t have a leg to stand on any more

He is a master manipulator, he will find another way to be parasitic, there's always a willing host out there! and we all are that way to a degree. I think Drake damaged his OWN brand, Kendrick just highlighted it for more eyes to see. 1. Using women as pawns in his issues with men either by sleeping or trying to sleep with them. Or just straight up attacking them Rihanna, Serena, Megan, Whitney, Virginia etc. when he has issues with their men: ASAP, Pusha, Kendrick 2. Lies in his songs that were easily disproven which makes you question his integrity and character as a human being as well as anything he has ever said about anyone ever. 3. His disrespect for respected hip hop icons e.g. Mos Def, Pharrell 4. The lack of maturing in his songs subject matter as he grows in age 5. His peanut gallery: Ak, Camron, Mase, Mal, Math Hoffa, Gillie etc who tried to force a narrative on the public that he was winning not only outed themselves as disingenuous but showed how Drake has had a hold on these people and used them to sway truth and skew information to suit him 6. The internet games 7. The using and dumping people when he no longer needs them 8. The inappropriate behavior with minors which many people have ignored for so long but can’t anymore 9. All the other ish he has done that is coming to light now. Kendrick only highlighted who he is and put everything together In 4 songs and a video so you can see it all in the same place. The degradation of his star power began years ago because all these issues were out there in the ether, it just needed to be condensed and made more palatable which Kendrick did with ease!

Glad I'm not the only one listing off Drake's offenses in these comments!! There have been too many examples of Drake bringing this onto himself with HIS actions and choices. Drake could have just...not done any of this and would've been in a much better place. J. Cole cheated on his wife, bowed out of this beef- otherwise what are his controversies? A diss track against him would have to include a lot of "I personally don't like him for who he is" and less "I personally don't like him for what he has DONE". Drake tried to hit K. with what he's done to make Drake hate him (domestic violence, Kendrick is accusing Drake of being a pedo because Kendrick was molested), but with no receipts. Kendrick called him a pedo and I can think of 6 separate underage girls or recently 18 year old women, he's been linked to. Oh wait, 7! Forgot about the one he kissed on stage and got weird with- knowing she was only 17. He did this to himself.

The thing that Kendrick did so well that other rappers didn’t do, was use the only thing that could hurt Drake, and that is his fame. Pusha was able to beat Drake lyrically, but didn’t have the notoriety to defame Drake. Because right after Drake released Toosie Slide and pretty much made everyone forget what happened. So not only did Kendrick beat him lyrically, he destroyed him by releasing the BIGGEST track of the year. Taking away Drakes only out to this

Scru. Drake first 3 albums and mixtapes don’t save him when majority of his career happened after that and during those times, he turned himself into an unauthentic meme. Them iconic albums are not wiped out. But they are old and I wanna doubt majority of his streams. He had a great start. But he moved away from the culture, and not just that, but also his true character for a decade‼️ It just make him look like he never wanted to rap, but he only wanted to be famous, which adds much to Kendrick point. With that exposed, listening to his music don’t feel the same. It’s like reading a book and someone followed the author and read all their books just to find out they didn’t write any of them and to add, it’s not the artists thoughts or at least true ideas at all. Fraud does a lot of damage to one’s character/image. This is why Drake could possibly be cooked and why one would love for Drake to fall off. P.s. Thinking being a gangsta/thug is what black culture is, is actually disrespectful to the Black culture/community as a whole frfr cuz that’s NOT what being Black is about at all. Have you covered the portrait invitations to the white party? Apparently the invitations sent out were all canvas paintings and the painting setting down in reverse in the video is Kendricks' invite to the white party.

The only way I see Drake being done in music is if 1, everyone stands their ground and boycotts a pedo, or 2, if Drake's music is becoming trash from an identity crisis from the L he's taking. Otherwise I think he'll still have a career since he still has fans who like his music. Now his rap career, to me, is cooked but he's always been better with pop so if he just switches to it like Eminem had MGK doing he'll be alright.

To boycott a pdf you need to prove they're a pdf first. Allegations with no proof are dangerous.

As for my opinion to your question. In the last 5 years, most of us have defined life by pre pandemic and post pandemic. Well now it's pre Kendrick - Drake beef and Post Kendrick- Drake beef. This will absolutely have an effect on Drakes career and on Hip Hop culture. Hip Hop culture won. Authenticity always wins. Thank you Kendrick. 😊
