As a longtime fan, this took me a while to realize that it's really your commentary that I come to watch and care about. To be honest, I've tried watching other Pokemon KZfaqrs who do challenges in different generations but I don't find them as entertaining as your videos. Hell, I could easily see you doing podcasts as your voice/commentary is something else. It's yours. I did a run in Crystal with a Delibird only using Present (and struggle) and it was a bit of a nightmare. I gave up on Bruno when I was Level 95 and he just destroyed me still.

Just finished watching a bunch of your "impossible" runs - great stuff! I like that your videos are often over an hour long. Plenty of time for detailed commentary on your losses, wins, and strategies. And I personally love seeing runs like this in the newer generations. I'm not a huge fan of Gen1 runs because the AI is so bad that often times players win because the opponents pick the stupidest moves at random. I hope to see more post-Gen1 runs whenever you get to them :)

Merry Christmas! I'd love to see a Starmie gen 1 run at some stage, see how it does. Early game might be tough with no level up moves, but a stab psychic and the fact it learns thunderbolt is dirty, so late game should be a breeze

It's pronounced "Get-sis" not "Guest-iss". Anyway, props to you for being able to beat this game with a freaking Delibird of all things. I think you might almost have an easier time with a Ditto.

I don't get why people give so much flak over how you pronounce the names. I love the mild changes and also the proudly Canadian pronunciations. It's all made up names, say it how you want.

Imagine doing an X and Y challenge, especially with Freeze Dry being introduced. I might recommend Carvanha and here's why. Weak to Bug, Electric, Fairy, Grass, Fighting and Freeze Dry. Kalos has a gym covering each of Carvanha's type weaknesses. To bypass using the Xerneas or Yvetal in battle, you need a full party of six and I know it's not possible ever solo running it at all because that Mega Lucario fight is just there but that can be edited out. Plus when it comes to the Elite Four, the only Elite Four member you don't have to worry about as much is Malva because she can be easily handled with Surf. The others can be problematic as Drasna has a Dragalge that can use Thunderbolt and an Altaria that can use Moonblast, Siebold has a Clawitzer that can use Aura Sphere and a Barbaracle that can use Cross Chop and X-Scissor and all of Wikstrom's Pokémon has at least one move that is super effective against Carvanha with Klefki getting super effective type STAB advantage with Dazzling Gleam, Aegislash having type coverage with Sacred Sword, Probopass having super effective type coverage with Discharge and Scizor having super effective type STAB advantage with X-Scissor. Not to mention every single one of Diantha's Pokémon can be problematic and here's why. Hawlucha has Body Press for super effective type STAB and X-Scissor for super effective type coverage, Gourgeist has super effective type STAB advantage with Seed Bomb. Tyrantrum is very bulky and can use Earthquake, Goodra has the type coverage move Focus Blast, Aurorus has Thunder for type coverage and Gardevoir has Moonblast and Thunderbolt for super effective type coverage.

No wonder Ghetsis is so furious in BW2. He got beat by a Delibird.
