He isn't leaving nor should he I think this is a rare opportunity to see a guy play his whole career with one team like lemieux did in pittsburghs case. He's already got 3 cups so why not

Getting really sick of all the media and reporters calling for Sid to leave. It's almost disrespectful to him to even suggest he would. Sid is too loyal to leave. He will always buy into whatever plan Pittsburgh has, they'd have to force him out to get him to go.

Yep, I think you pretty much nailed it. It’s fun to discuss, and at this point seems more likely than ever before, nonetheless, it’s unlikely he goes anywhere else and ultimately it’s up to him

It’ll never happen. There is more to life than winning Cups and he already has 3. Right now it’s about legacy and Crosby being as synonymous with the Penguins as Mario.

He's a lifer he won't leave. He'll probably join the front office with the penguins after his retirement. Only situation I could ever imagine it would be to Colorado if Mackinnon got him to commit during FA.

He's already stated that he's there until the end...he's loyal to a fault...plus they extended Malkin & Letang...they have done this to themselves but I'd like to see Sid finally snap and say he's had enough and demand a trade....

I agree, but not just because he’s “loyal to fault“. I’m pretty sure he also has established himself in the city of Pittsburgh in a way that he might not be able to do elsewhere.

I don’t know how he keeps fooling people. I was so happy to see him leave Toronto and was telling Pittsburgh fans that he’s a horrible choice for them.
