I was also a night shift worker. My shift timing was 6-3:30 but have to work until 7:00 am in the morning to complete the entire production. One day I feel a severe chest pain, I think twice and left the job. I was at the job for 1 month. But more than money I need my personal life and health. So I quite job. Now I am work on my passion.

I worked night shift for 1 year and realised Health is important than Money, I recently resigned and feeling much happier. It's still a struggle to get back to normal schedule. My timing was 7pm to 4am but they used to make us sit extra till 5-6am.

10 saal ho gaye hai night shift me dosto itna bhi jyada dikkat nahi hai.. if you can manage 7 hour sleep and a bit of exercise then you can do it. Avoid cigarettes and coffee.

And night shift can be done just take care of your sleep, use black out curtains for better sleep and you can also use budget smart watch to track your sleep.. a little exercise like 15 20 min jogging or walk. I am i wish you soon get stable with financial situation. KZfaq per influencer bolte hai ye mat karo wo mat karo.. aadha dikhawa hai.. apne ko apna ghar chalana hai and for that sometime we need to go out from our comfort zone.

It is all about choice , say no and company need to accept it. BIG NO from female workers unless it is work from home. Night shift is no problem for short duration but above 1 month it should not be done with gap of atleast 3 months. In the end it is choice don't do it for money it will cost not only you but others around you as well as other employees.

I am doing night shifts 5 to 2 am since last 3+ years. Initially the timings were 6:30 to 3:30 i started loosing hair and also had weakness. But now this 5-2 timing i got adjusted i get enough sleep of 7+ hrs no issues now
