@GhostShadow there was never an day one thingy you get the Xenoverse 1 story free with all characters unlockd without any code (free goku black) (Also you can buy all dlc's) So when you get it you will have all things that Ndukauba has.

You do know it's made by the developers who made Guilty Gear & BlazBlue right? Definitely NOT simple "arcade" games. They're deep, technical fighters that are competitive and played at tournaments like EVO quite often.

A little bummed that the DLC characters aren't included with the base game, but I won't complain. The full character roster and the fact that its PORTABLE XENOVERSE 2 sells it for me.

Plus it has Xenoverse 1's story. Also the DLC to the game isn't that old so it's reasonable to say why it wasn't all included for free here.

Well, back in the old days, when games came out later, to justify charging you full price while the other versions were discounted due to age, they reduced the price. They eventually stopped doing this, and gamers like you just rolled over and told them charging more for less was fine. Was nice while it lasted. Like when you got a bunch of games from a prior gen for a low cost, as opposed to today, where you get one game in HD, with some DLC tossed on to make it around 60$ or straight up 60$

AA's main purpose is not to "Blurry" things out, as you might've given the impression here. It is to smoothen jagged edges. The reason why things seem more blurried for you with AA on, is because the game uses an inferior AA method called FXAA, which tends to make things blurry.

It's totally worth it. It has more multiplayer options especially for local play & Parallel Quest because now u can do this stuff locally & u can even split the controller to still play two players on one screen at home. Technically if u like to play DBZ with other ppl then the switch version is for u.

Mate... You are a bloody legend! This review is exactly what i needed! Iv been very reluctant to play Xeno2 on my PC lately, not only because Bandai did that shitty Anti Cheat engine crap which removed our Mods, but also because the PC Playerbase is small af, doesn't help that i am an Aussie. I am still paying off my Mario odyssey bundle switch and i completely forgot Xeno2 was on Switch. I was looking at Getting a PS4 for those games that are more popular on Console then PC but now i think that can wait longer. You've earned a new sub man. I really hope Xeno2 is popular on Switch than PC because i plan to play a lot of Splatoon and other games on my switch, so i will be so happy if xeno2 is quite active.

Plazma Burst how about the people who missed the raids? What if someone who was playing on console was too under leveled to get raid rewards. To simply have them in the TP shop would be a slap to the face to the people who got them by spending time on the game to get them on console.

Team SMSD It's literally the XV1 logo with a big *2* slapped on it though! 😅 Personally I would've gone with a Super Saiyan Gold color or even a shade of blue with a shine to look closer to the Super Saiyan Blue. (Also does it both ANYONE that despite changing the name to "Super Saiyan Blue" in the US it still has them listed as "SSGSS Goku" and "SSGSS Vegeta"?)

Are you absolutely sure it runs at 1080p in docked mode? I heard from earlier reports that it was 900p? Also, I wish the characters were locked. More funner unlocking them

You buy the game in Japan and have it shipped here, for what Jaime_RedFlame is describing. But since all of the screens are in English, I would bet that, since Ndukauba is an established reviewer, he was sent and advanced copy of the English release of the game to do a review.

Also, more people on the servers wont make actual matches more laggy. The fights are P2P, the server only acts as a matchmaker. If anything, more people playing means a higher chance of being matched with someone closer to you, resulting in a lower ping and better connection.

So I'm wondering in the switch version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 how do you change the skills and the items you can buy through the TP medal shop because they never change now with being available every day so I've gotten almost all the skills except for the new ones like Trunks and Shining sword attack because it didn't go through or wild Hunt but I have all the characters and parallel quests so how do I get the items to appear in the TP shop

Does the game switch to 60fps automatically when playing 1v1 and if so is there a way to just lock it to 30 instead? I know it sounds backwards but i value consistency more so...so if most of the game runs at 30 id rather just lock 1v1 down to that as well to keep the experience consistent.
