How to Install Power Tool Adapter (49-90-2018) for Milwaukee's M18 FUEL™ PACKOUT™ 2.5 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum:
To properly install this adapter we found it helpful to pull the expandable house tight and twist the standard nozzle and the hose in opposite directions. We found that it was a little tough at first but it eventually loosened. to install the tool adapter simply examine the threads of the hose and the adapter and push the hose in so as to line up with the threading of the adapter. Hold the adapter and turn the hose to join the threading and tighten it until it fits snugly.

Thank you so much I did not know Milwaukee had a bag option for the vacuum. Definitely will keep cleanup a lot easier of the vacuum.

Thank you for the reveiw. My 14+ year old M18 died yesterday so I will upgrade to the M18 Fuel.

Makita has a battery light that also has a plug so you can power it corded if needed for long periods of time. I would LOVE to see this feature come to the packout vac. That said it's still a great little unit.

I agree. With close to an hour of runtime on an 8.0amp battery, it can get challenging to keep it going all day if you need it.

This is one of the better reviews I have seen, I was debating the M12 or this unit, due to size. In the end, this unit wins over the smaller compact M12. Thanks,
