Cardinal Sarah"s speech was not in African, but in Washington, DC. He was there s for a conference co-hosted by the Napa Institute and the Catholic Information Cener (CIC)...hence the good Cardinal begining with " you have" a president, Catholic hospitals, and colleges "in name only".
