Title Packs: Established Titles Title Packs include dedicated souvenir plots, which are governed by the Land Registration (Scotland) Act of 2012. When Established Titles sells a Title Pack to a customer, it is entering into a private agreement to dedicate a specific souvenir plot, identified with a unique plot number, to a specific person. The purchase of a Title Pack from Established Titles does not constitute or trigger a transfer of ownership over that souvenir plot or any part of the land in the legal sense.
Souvenir plots are, at the time of writing, defined in the Land Registration (Scotland) Act of 2012 as “a piece of land which, being of inconsiderable size or no practical utility, is unlikely to be wanted in isolation except for the sake of mere ownership or for sentimental reasons or commemorative purposes”, and cannot be registered with the Keeper of the Registers. Under Scottish law, ownership of land only transfers upon registration. As the Keeper of Registers does not register souvenir plots, Established Titles, or an entity of its choosing, shall remain the underlying owner of the land itself, but keep its own private records of which souvenir plots have been dedicated, and to whom.

-So first and foremost, regardless of drug use, he's only 5'7". So a great height for looking jacked. -His abs are totally a sign of steroid use. Most humans have to gain weight to build muscle which includes belly fat. When someone is able to maintain or even gain mass while lowering body fat percentage, steroids may be the cause. -To me, the enlarged veins working their way onto his chest support steroid use. -The sure sign to me though that steroids are being used is his skin. His skin is almost red most of the time. That comes from increased water retention, which in turn causes heightened blood pressure, which leads to a massive increase in vasculation. -Dude's on roids. -Exercise Physiology Student -Update: Damn, thanks for the good physiology conversation folks! Ok so I am on trt, and for a while I was on a bit too much (bad hormone doc). When you take too much exogenous hormones one of the side effects is an over production of hemoglobin in your bone marrow. It turns your skin a shade of red. It makes you sweat heaps and it isn't healthy. For me the fact liver king is almost as red as the meat he eats tells me all I need to know. His hemoglobin is crazy high for him to be that red all over his body. My face just went a little red until I got the protocol right. His whole body is red coloured. He's juicing to the max and not the right way I'd suspect. Having hemoglobin that high increases the risk of heart attack and blood clots/stroke by a lot. So he better be careful.

@@UltraMagnis have you ever considered using it simply to maintaining testicular function? My husband is on TRT and uses hCG in par with the TRT. It was a hell of a fight and a long journey to get it for *regular use without fertility being the only reason.* Anyways, I wrote a 40 page paper last year arguing my reasoning for why TRt should be used with hCG & sent it to the university of Florida, urology dept. To my complete surprise they actually agreed with what I had to say, we had multiple zoom meetings & in the end they used the information we brought to them & are conducting a study. I hope it will be published in the coming year. In any case, if you haven’t thought about the use of hCG for anything besides fertility I would just encourage you to pick your doctors brain & do some research because at the end of the day prolonged use of TRT can shut down testicular function (hints testicular shrinkage & many other issues..) hCG prevents this - TRT without hCG can essentially make secondary & primary hypogonadism two of the same. From what i have been able to understand there are *some men* this doesn’t happen to, but the *overwhelming majority of men will experience testicular shrinkage.* I always like to talk to guys about this because the information is so limited on regular use of hCG with TRT & it blows my mind just how “unimportant” physicians seem to think testicular function is (on TRT), deeming it almost “irrelevant”. *It drives me absolutely crazy!* Anyways, it’s just a thought… I Hope I didn’t offend you, or make you feel uncomfortable with my suggestions & comment.. *i care about this topic deeply*, my husband & I went through a lot with doctors who didn’t seem to want to listen. Luckily he has an excellent doctor now but I don’t doubt for a second that the overwhelming majority of men prescribed TRT are *not* receiving adequate treatment, then suffer ongoing issues due to this incomplete treatment.

Yeah, if you tell people you are on steroids, they will deem your effort 50% less valuable. But steroids don't make you any muscles. You still have to invest effort. They just help you to train more and harder. If you take steroids, you need to invest a hella lot more work, I think. But a lot of people (some I know) think that you inject roids in your ass and then your muscles will become big all alone. I think people mistake steroids for the Super Soldier Serum from Marvel that made Captain America.

@@user-rr5ce1wb2j I don't think people see steroids in a negative light becuase they are illegal to possess, sell, etc. The bad reputation is the result of people claiming that steroid users are cheaters. Most steroid users then make it worse by always pretending that they aren't juicing and that they are 100% natural. Mix these two together and you have steroids in a really negative light. Not that it's good to take roids since it fucks up your body, but still. I personally dislike steroids becuase of these pretenders who fuck up the minds of young people with lies, fakeness, and false hope. But I can tell you it is possible for him to be all natural it's just a harsh punishing lifestyle no one wants by choice and it will take a toll on his body. Oh an the surgery stuff was hilarious :)

In my opinion it's pretty common for fit men to be skinny and cut (that's how I look), but much, much harder to be cut and also have mass. For me to gain mass I'd have to gain a lot of weight and then transform it into muscle. To gain the weight and mass wouldn't be that hard, but to make that mass muscular and defined would require either working out all day, or taking drugs. Most guys with the mass+definition physique are probably cheating.

bro you need to learn a lot of stuff you clearly havent got the basics right , you cant transform one tissue type into another , you can only loose fat and put on muscle(wich also deposits fat by default to sustain the new mass), its very possible to be jacked and ripped and be natural BUUUT , its extremly hard , there is a reason only influencers or actors are like that (the natural ones, not the lying king) cause its their job , you need a very strict diet to mantain a low body fat percentage and enough calories to keep your muscle mass , its incredibly hard for 95% of people whose jobs dont require to be ripped ,and even if you get there its hard to sustain long them , what is really important is how the person looked before(for examble, a very skinny person wont explode in muscle mass just in a few months or training or years even) and the time they did it in , if someone put 30 lbs of lean mass in 6 months then he is on roids 100% even if that person looks natural , if someone is lean+big but achieved that in like 20 years then it is normal. Ofc there are limits to this and nobody can usually look like the people on roids just trough hard and constant work and even a good diet

When you got the the part about his abs and the fact that he has probably had the fat removed around there I also thought that its possible the guy has a condition I remembered existed that I couldn't remember the name of so I had to look it up called Congenital generalized lipodystrophy which is basically a rare condition where you have a almost total lack of fatty tissue and a unusually muscular appearance and I do have to say yea his abs look pretty close to some of those people. Now while its possible he has this condition and that would explain why his abs look like that and why he looks insanely muscular while potentially being full natural, I am not saying he has this condition cause I don't know, and the fact is he probably had the fat removed and is on some form of enhancements. But there is a small possibility that he is actually fully natural if he does have this condition, I also think there is other similar conditions as well that could result in similar physical traits without external help beyond just the one I mentioned and while its probably the case he is on something its not a guarantee.

Along with how he brought up Zoophiles, therians, and furries and tried to make it seem we were all 1 group. Furries aren’t Zoophiles, furries aren’t therians. They’re all different things with 1 of them being a mental illness, 1 being a belief you’re an animal at soul / have a connection to animals, and the last (furries) being a hobby based around anthropomorphic animals. The litter boxes were actually for service animals and not kids or furries. He didn’t do any research and simply followed manipulated and false information. That was disappointing

Because that's what testosterone does. It allows you to work out harder, longer and repair faster. No Fake anything about it. And for this guy were talking about. Its possible hes getting this mass with out taking synthetic testosterone. Its probably not the case, but I do believe its possible. But its most likely hes taken some type of hormones to boost performance. Working out is something everyone should do. It makes you happy and healthy! There are a couple things there that are just fine, not great or everyone would be eating it, like the tounge and heart are always a good addition. However there is a bold line I draw. We never eat liver or other filters, the feet make no sense and the shells are questionable at best. Eggs are great and in some cases a little bit of egg membrane is good too, but the shells?
