Ok let me explain, this group in under SM entertainment and they have this concept of AI, people at first did not like it and for obvious reason, we didn't want AI to replace humans in the music industry, so the groups debut with 4 girls and 4 AI, but then we realize that probably that the AI part was never going to happen, may for lack of money lol those effects of the AIs dancing along with the real girls, NOO that was terrifying.

Would suggest the first mini album "Savage" B-sides for the aespa sound. While some of my personal fav side tracks not on the Savage mini album are: Hold on Tight, Illusion and Thirsty. It usually helps to understand aespa by going in chronological order for their MVs since they have a story line but SMCU episodes would be best to check out for the lore.

aespas concept is in their name, they have ai characters you saw in the savage music video. they have a whole lore and storyline throughout the music videos, and the lyrics give out the story too. basically theyre trying to beat the black mamba youre seeing. in chronological order it starts with ’black mamba’ then ’next level’ then ’savage’ then they had a single ’dreams come true’ in between which isnt really related to that, then ’girls’ and after that ’spicy’ they arent in kwangya anymore, which is the world they were in fighting black mamba in the earlier music videos, so thats why in spicy it looks ’normal’. then after that is the newest music video ’drama’. so yes theyre known for their ai concept. theyre also very talented singers, the best of their generation, and theyve definitely got the rap too.
