soooo obviously she's not just 'the girl in twilight'. the so-called bad acting of twilight was literally bella's character, nothing to do with kristen - she acted an awkward teen girl so well that people believe that was kristen's own personality coming through. idk like yeah there's going to be similarities in the characters she plays... because it's the same person acting, the same face, and arguably she's been typecast as the quiet/plain/antisocial type since the twilight saga but that's it! her acting is still great, idk what im saying but the kinds of people she plays aren't a reflection on her talent so wtf

I liked her in the panic room. I think she is good at sarcastic,depressed,rebellious,tormented roles. Directors should really use her for it.

She's so smooth and subtle with all of these micro-expressions. She's insanely talented. I only hope she ends up in some big-budget movie soon that will make her famous for something other than Twilight

I am in love with her since I saw her in Saturday Night Live show! Before that I knew only her acting in Twilight..after that show I googled her and was surprised with so many great movies she acted in! In all her interviews she is so smart, natural, well- awesome! Wish her all the best.

For me it‘s literally her voice acting. There is just a Pinch that makes me feel it is being acted.. as if it‘s too predictable that she knows on what comes next. And as an actress you do know but the played character doesn‘t. So I guess that is kinda that magic that makes acting so difficult, right? But I felt like she did better when she was younger, maybe that rasing famous over night and dealing with loads of critique left a mark on her confidence. I don’t know, but I‘m here for her waiting to please my eyes and ears anytime if she gets me.

She is lovely. As for her acting: she is good, always has been, and she is getting better at it too. She inhabits her roles with more confidence now. I think mainly because she has more faith in herself now than ever before. I need to see Café Society!

Thanks for this, I thought I saw half of the movies she's done, but no I haven't, I've only watched 10, or so.

I think she’s a very good young actress, and for me really puts everything she’s got into the roles she plays. One movie of hers, I found very moving, is called Speak, where she portrays 14 year old high school freshman Melinda Sordino, who is raped by a senior at her school, and is unable to talk about it to anyone, until at the end it all comes out, and she is vindicated. I thought her portrayal of the character to be very good, moving and believable, especially when she was infact 14 herself, and therefore very young!

If people only know her from twilight she played Bella really well. Bella is really awkward and clumsy in the book and I think Kristen did that perfectly
