Last year I flew Maverick from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Round trip flight was about 90 minutes with a 30 minute landing in the Canyon. Had a great time, well worth it!

I did same route in evening yeeeears ago and it was a good ride. When you say North Vegas, that was downtown LV. Tall blue building is Circa.

Looks like a cool experience to do! How long is the actual flight? It seems like it's short. And how much time should I save for this including pick up from the hotel?

I got pick up after 5. My flight is at 7 & I got back around 8. If u don’t like waiting, take an Uber but d pickup car is kinda lit lol

I flew Maverick helicopters last April and it was amazing! I did the canyon sunset tour. It was a little pricey, but you fly out to Red Rock Canyon and land on a mountain top, stay about 20 minutes, do a champagne toast, and then fly back to the Strip at sunset. There were only 4 people on our flight, so the pilot let us switch seats so everyone got a chance to sit by a window. Highly worth it! 🚁🚁

Actual flying time about 12-18 minutes.

@@mikesparks3216 Remember a helicopter ride years ago at an air show. Pilot explained that helicopter travel is so expensive due to the many parts. One hour of flight time equals three hours of maintenance.
