Litchfield Park, AZ is quite possibly my favorite neighborhood in the West Valley of Phoenix Metro, Arizona. I love the community and family vibe that Litchfield Park, AZ has to offer. Litchfield Park, AZ is it's own town in Maricopa County and covers about 3.5 square miles.

Hi, I am actually from Litchfield Park and I will say it has to be one of the best neighborhoods in the state. At 5:20 in the video you can see that white house. Straight across from there was my house. I came across this video and it made me cry a bit because the nostalgia just hits different. I am in 7th grade right now but I went to Litchfield Park Elementary School when I was in kindergarten through 5th. I moved right before my 6th grade year to a whole different state but I miss LFP so much. Thank you for making this video. It touched my heart.

Great tour. I like the variety in Palm trees lining the streets, the cacti, little traffic and quiet streets. Looks so peaceful.

There is a large construction project underway adjacent to the current “entertainment district”, located in the vicinity of the Wigwam Resort. I believe it will be mostly retail/dining, and I’m sure the design will fit in nicely with the current architecture there. For fine dining, check out Litchfield’s at the Wigwam. Very nice!

the lot sizes are larger. its a great lot size for children to just run around in itself is a plus. we dont have a yard right now. i love that you also include others that cant afford it either. great job!!

Yes Litchfield park is on left of 303 bordering buckeye Windrose and Sanjero trails is in LiTchfield Park (left oF 303)

Technically it’s Litchfield Park. But Goodyear and Litchfield Park are neighboring towns. Depending on what you’re renting. $1500-$3000/month..
