Heard about this city in several sermons of Brother Kenneth E Hagin, who is the father of the faith revolution in the early 19th century. He spoke of his childhood experience in the town, I wish to visit someday.

You are giving bad financial advice because apartments in Collin County and houses required 3x the amount to get an apartment. Not many people make 3x times the rent. 💯 Honestly, we don't want out of state people moving here. If you're from out of state, you can expect people to outkast you. It's super expensive and if you're not wealthy, you won't be able to afford to live here. 10 years ago, it was still cheap, now it's expensive. I know because I am a McKinney native. Its super overcrowded and lots of traffic accidents because the out of state people don't know how to drive in Texas. But we had that active shooter last year. Crime is low because only people who make six figures can live here. But we don't like out of state people 💯

I’m tired of people blaming out of state people about the driving. Texans needs to take accountability! Driven and travelled all over the the US and noone drives as badly as Texans. Texans have a very “me” mentality on the road. DMVs in Texas sure seem to pass the drivers on their test probably bc they are just as bad drivers. Even on social media they will see clips of bad driving and justify it ! Stop blaming others. Be a Texan taking accountability!

I said the city is made up of everyday people who don’t make six figures and the city depend on. For that person to insinuate that crime is only low because of people who make six figures is asinine. With all your money, please consider purchasing a course in reading comprehension.
