Degree is just a base!! After a job, it is your skills or knowledge that is valued! But don’t forget the value of degree because of some people! Focus more on knowledge! But degree is just as important when you don’t have a strong financial base!

बात बहुत सरल है यदि आप एक अच्छा बिजनेस चला लेते हैं तो बड़े बड़े डिग्री धारक आपके यहां काम करेंगे एक और बात जो समझ में आती है वह यह है कि स्कूल और कॉलेज की जो शिक्षा हमें प्रदान की जाती है वह व्यवहारिक जीवन में कहीं काम नहीं आती यह ऐसी शिक्षा पद्धति है जो अंग्रेजों ने हमारे लिए तय करी थी और वह आज तक वैसी की वैसी चलती आ रही है इससे सोने में समझने की शक्ति कम होती है और हम एक डायरी में बंद कर रह जाते हैं जिससे बाहर आ पाना अब हमारे लिए नामुमकिन हो जाता है वही कोई व्यापारी अपना व्यापार तेजी से बढ़ता है तो उसको किसी डिग्री की कोई जरूरत नहीं होती बल्कि वह डिग्री वालों को नौकरी देता है🙏

the problem is top universities in India teach how to work for others rather than how to create jobs for others. This really needs to change in the case of India. The brilliant minds in our country should be taught to create businesses and jobs in the country. We already have a lot of colleges and institutions were they teach how to work for others.
