I'd love to shop new homes, but every new development I've seen are these tiny lots with 'cookie cutter' homes stacked in so tight. I wish there were more developments with at least 1/4 acre lots...1/2 acre plus would be nice, like they did just 10 years ago.

I think it depends on your price range? Or your location? I’ve sold many new construction with nice size yards that aren’t crazy expensive, you just have to know what builders work on yards that size and where they are! Happy to help of course!
