Student Pilot here- my first lesson was not comfortable. My instructor was so tense and impatient with me, and would talk my ear off. I am not giving up on my dream ! Thank you for this encouragement!

It’s not hard but if you work full time it can be rough at times.

I have many doubts and fears but your words made me very comfortable I swear thank you .I will work hard am preparing to study Aviation .I just came Toronto from middle east and my English isn't that great but I'm willing to work hard . They told me I need some courses to finish which are math ,physics ,chemistry and English gr12 all university levels. I don't think am smart enough but I know I have passion for it also I want to make my parents proud of me .

Quick question, I’ve been flying since I was a kid in 2016 (I’m currently 22) and have yet to finish my PPL (spotty training and big gaps), had some time off the past few years for personal reasons but finally got back to it, any tips for retaining information over a long time if you’re not using it all the time? I’m finished my ppl written and going towards ppl flight test soon and feel like I constantly forget the ppl written content. Is there any resources you use to keep up with your knowledge? I really do enjoy doing practice tests to keep up with knowledge, do you have any online resources you’ve found that have these? Thanks so much and keep up the amazing work

I just went thru meteorological lesson on ppl. Its was pretty hard for me from all what i was studying .When u start its no going back. Its nothing really hard in aviation. As not native speaker its sometimes difficult to learn something but everybody has goodle so u always can find an answer there. For people who cant sit in class, do online ground school such as king ppl school. They will help u step by step, and they have quizzes to help u with learning)

Hey Pedro, Im currently working on my CPL in Alberta. Great video. Personally i have found that if you are truly passionate about becoming a Pilot, studying and mastering all the subjects associated with flying is very enjoyable and you should strive to learn as much as you can. Sad to say, but if you don't like learning and studying aviation related topics, you should'nt be a Pilot.

I got my CPL in Chile in 2019 in my 36s; I got my MCC & ELT training for the Airbus A320 approved with 98% in addition to my position as a Sales & Support Manager at Airbus in Chile (7 years of professional experience in aviation), unfortunately when the opportunity arrived (apply for an airline) the pandemic started and my dream to become a Pilot was frozen... Now I am in Vancouver (starting over again from zero and applying for my PR). Do you know any case about the Commercial Pilot conversion? I know that it is possible because both are ICAO members, but I don´t know if any flight school is available to offer that program (in addition, I would also like to take the FI rating course). Apart from that, my main problem is the age, now I'm in my 40s, and that is probably my main obstacle to starting a career here... please any case that you listened about the CPL conversion process with T.
