Another great video, currently working on 2 Polaris 500 sportsman a 1999 and 2004 h.o. tore out the tank, lines, fuel pump, and Pitcock simultaneously. Going back together and looking at how the 1999 fuel lines were run and copied that..Except...the faquing fuel inlet lines are switched from side to side on these carbs. yes, fuel out exhaust donut, etc,. Thanks for the help It took a while for this one.Contacted Niche for fuel inlet info. and they said the upper inlet was for fuel. we now know that was wrong . the fuel inlet is lowest on the carb. didn't matter what side...sure was a head-scratcher. We are waiting for more videos, thanks, Brother.

Starting fluid is a big nono.. you forced started it but sounds like crap somethings still not right

Hey titumam garage I went to get out and start my four wheeler and it had a big puddle of gas on the ground and got gas in the oil I drained it out and now I'm not geting spark and it was have fuel comeing out of the side of the card and hydro locked then I got in unlocked and the cranked and cranked and had fuel mess

So my four wheeler I was driving just made a noise then shut off completely and makes a clicking noise now when I try to start what’s going on

It could be anything. What kind of noise? Check the coolant level. Did you blow a head gasket?

I have no clue had coolest had oil was running good just randomly made a loud noise and wouldn’t start it’s making a clicking noise when I press the starter nothing happens the pull start is stuck won’t move nothing

@@5kservice sounds like your engine locked up all u gotta do is pull the spark plug out and pour atv engine oil in the spark plug spot and let it sit over night then the next day take the part where your pull rope at off and turn it with a wrench until it breaks turn it left not right turn left until it breaks then there your engine is unlocked thank me later 💪💪
