Is PVP coming to Modern Warfare Zombies?

In this review video, Rigo from TheNewbs talks us through his thoughts on the potential for a PVP (Player Vs Player) or even a PVPVE (Player Vs Player Vs Environment) mode in Call of Duty Modern Warfare Zombies.
There's been a lot of rumour about a mode like this coming at some point in the future, and it's a topic that has divided the zombies community.
This video takes a look at the likelihood of a PVP mode arriving in MWZ, what the pro's and con's of such a mode would be and if it did arrive, would it be a separate mode to the existing gameplay format.

I’m not opposed to PvPvE in zombies as a seperate mode but I’m frustrated if it’s true. DMZ was so great and they gave up on it. To see them add PvP to zombies would be a slap in the face

Yeah it’s annoying how they gave up on DMZ. Almost looked like they were going to do the same with MWZ

I think MWZ is done for, judging by the S4 Roadmap. Think everyone was just going ballistic over nothing, PvP in zombies is just a stupid idea

Yeah I almost feel like they’re trying to make a point with that S4 roadmap. One tiny box for mwz and it’s mid- season. Sad times

@@TheNewbs For a mode with so much potential, it's a big shame how it's been supported. Then again, if you look at the previous MW 3rd modes, Spec Ops received no content in MW and MW2 only had 4 updates to raids over the year. So maybe it's on us for expecting more from the mode

PvP in Zombies has to be a 100% Separate and optional mode. if not. i am done.. i didnt care for the insane PvP in DMZ, as you had streamers insisting it was a PvP based game, that simply had other "elements".. all to increase their stream following. no, it was a PvPvE mode, that had PvP as a side note, it was never at any time REQUIRED to play the game, complete a match, or move on in your story missions. EVEN the ones saying " collect 3 operator tags" didnt require you to complete it, to complete that story mission line, you could skip it.. so no, it was never REQUIRED no matter the lying streamers shoving that narrative over and over, calling people like me "delusional" .. all to pander to a small fanbase that like to see PvP in the stream. screw that crap.. I refuse to play it period if they go that route and its not optional..

Yeah looking at the season 4 roadmap (which has almost nothing for zombies) I think it’s fair to think pvp probably not coming now!
