Is Raiden Shogun Worth It?
Ever since the Raiden Shogun was announced I’ve been digging as much as I can from the leaks that were provided by the beta testers to try and see whether she’s going to be worth saving for or not. I’ve also been wondering whether she is going to be a DPS, or will she turn into another support archon like her predecessors Venti and Zhongli.

I haven't pulled since ive gotten my klee and i will get her even if i loose my 50/50. Shes gonna be nice with my venti and klee. I absolutely love her design and have everything prefarmed (that i can prefarm) and very nice artefacts. I cant wait for her!

I've gotten Qiqi on Yoimiya's banner (I'm not sad, though!) So, I don't need to worry about winning the 50/50 :') Anyways, I'm definitely going to get Baal, I really love her design lol. I only have 5 wishes at the moment, I hope I get 80 wishes before her banner ends, though-

same here! I’m really happy, got qiqi at 26 pity and no longer have to win the 50/50 for baal. I have 70 wishes prepared for her, and plan to save for more; any spares will go towards cons :DD

She's pretty much guaranteed. Even if you don't get her day 1 you should have 2 weeks to save up primos for a couple more pulls!

Since Baal's Elemental skill works like a C6 Fischl's Oz, I think she will also work well with Childe.

I think Childe is best suited for vap (or melt) comps tho. That will maximise his potential the best. Electro charged does scale worse than vaporise or melt so I don’t see it working better than rec.

I have childe but I've never leveled him since he's not a waifu. But they definitely work very well together, especially if you sub dps Baal to him.

Im so hyped about her but if her normal attack in polearm damage doesnt have a ER% on it like zhongli's HP% to his normal attack, nope! Gonna wait for the next archon. Her polearm looks so good for her gameplay to just be E then switch and wait for booba sword.

Very great video! I didn't even save up for her and took the maintenance primos and did literally 1 10 roll and got her and sara. She is phenomenal with my kazuha and diluc!

I have a question, will she be good with kazuha? I got lucky enough to get kazuha( my first ever five star) and I want to make sure the future characters I pull for work well with him. If it’s a yes, what other characters would you recommend on a team with Baal and kazu. I’m sorry if this is a random question, but since I’m still a little new, I want to make sure I have a reliable team

Probably not, both are supports, But you could use them to support two different teams in abyss. roll for the character u like!

Well since you are a new player, I can give you an advice. Don't really bother with the meta, just get who you like. You know how people say keqing is trash? Well, I pulled on her 1.3 banner anyway because I liked her and well, right now, because I don't have Baal, my Keqing abyss team clears faster than my Eula abyss team. The meta is versatile and will always change as new characters get added. What is eternal, is aesthetics, playstyle, drip and swag.

Congrats :D Also don't stress too much on dmg, especially so early on so just roll for who you like, just remember you won't be able to ascend Baal or any Inuzuma character (I'd believe) since their ascension materials are all gonna be locked behind Inuzuma I think.

Good luck! Quick advice, there's something called a soft pity in this game. Once you're at 70 pulls, start using single pulls because your chances of getting a 5 star increases dramatically from 70 and up. It's very rare for you to actually reach 90, for reference I'm a day 1 player and the most pulls I ever needed was 77.

Hey guys would bennet team up well with baal? for my bennet using is E move (his elemental skill which recharges for 5 secodns after use) 3 times i get enough elemental particals for his burst? i also have yanefi but i dont know which one will pair better.

Bennett is good into any comp because you build him an elemental burst bot

Bennet should be good with her like he is with most teams. I'd recommend checking out Sara though and see how she feels. She's also an atk buff support like Bennet.

You probably wouldn't want super conduct on a perma frost team sadly. But, give it a try anyway. If you're not planning on doing it in the higher abyss flowers you'll be able to go through 95% of the content still.

I'm not too sure since I don't have either of those characters. But if she looks cool to you go ahead and pull! You'll need two teams for abyss anyway so having any 5 stars is a good investment.

Is there a way to tell if I'm on 50/50 or guarantee 90 pity? I'm at 49 pity. Last character I got was Ayaka, on her banner then Venti in March.

You’re on 50/50 if you got Ayaka. So now if you get a 5*, it’ll be either the character on the banner or Jean/Diluc/Qiqi/Mona/Keqing.

You're on 50/50 unfortunately since the last 5 star you got was a banner character. How it works is that if you didn't get the banner character and lost the 50/50, you're next 5 star will be guaranteed the banner character.

Ganyu is coming in 2.2 (highly), so you can pull for Baal and save for her. Plus, “Meta is temporary, Archons are eternal”

I'd say pull on day 1 and give yourself the next 10-15 days in her banner to build and test her out. Once you've been playing her for that long I'm sure you'll know if she's worth getting to C2 for you or if you'll want to just use the remaining primos for new banners. I'm not a meta player so I'm definitely saving the rest for other banners. I think this game shines the most with it's cast and I want as much of them as possible in my teapot.

You have PLENTY of time for Hu Tao especially if your very close to pity. If your on the WFP discord, they recently posted what five stars to expect in the coming months. It's always subject to change, but it was in the order of Baal > Kokomi > Yae > Ganyu > Hu Tao >Albedo (pretty sure). Still Hu Tao had her banner a few months back so she'll need some time to come back is what I'd think, yet again she may come for Halloween 😅

If abyss, probably not unfortunately. Unless you go physical ayaka but I'm not sure how viable that is because I don't have Ayaka. I'd recommend asking this question to ayaka mains on reddit!

I'm 10 wishes ahead of 50/50... and I don't freacking know if I should use it on yoimiya or save it for baal... honestly speaking yoimiya has more waifu potential to me than baal, but I think she would be useless in my team (and as I play on both pc and PlayStation in 2.1 there will be free alloy, I have too many archers already) ... on the other hand baal is cool and all but she's totally not my waifu category... but her powers (like one with eye) would help my main dps and main waifu Ayaka... but Ayaka is good with barbara, their freezing synergy is too good to ruin it with electro... so should I just wait for kokomi instead? I think it would be the best option but I'm freacking impatient and I can't wait till second 2.1 banner to do wishes... I'm totally in mess right now...

I wanted to, I even did 3 more pulls (which of course was some random shit 3* weapons), but in the end I managed to stop myself from pulling more... now I have to wait this last day and see if I will win or lose my 50/50 on baal... I have only last 1700 primos with me so I hope I won't get qiqi (god, please give me anything but this cocogoat zombie thingy, I won't stand any cryo other than my ayaka-waifu [but anyway I don't mind alloy, ya know, she's free and all, hehe], not mention that qiqi have waifu potential equal to 0 or even lower for me)... all I can say now is: farewell yoimiya, I hope we'll met in another life/universe/banner 👋😔😢...

She's an amazing sub dps with my Bennet, especially when I combo her with Xingque's Ulti. My Bennet becomes a crazy pyro-electro-hydro fury killing machine (with the 4 piece crimson witch of flames artifacts + Aqua Fivonia sword), especially since I've got 180% on his ER so I'm almost spamming his ulti every 20 seconds and using Baal's and Xingque's ulti almost every quarter minute XD

I mean, visual effects will be amazing if you use both in same team. But then again, if your dps is electro, maybe Sara is better. But then again, screw the meta. Go for who you like and not for who does dmg. That is what I do. Literally skipped Venti, Childe, Zhongli for Eula. Pulled on keqing in 1.3 even if I knew ppl would be getting Hu Tao. And I don't regret a thing.

As someone who uses Keqing as a DPS, I'm actually looking to replace her with Baal. Unless you're looking to team them up in the abyss though, I'd recommend keeping Keqing as your main DPS and using Baal as a battery while Kujou Sara buffs their attack. Maybe throw in a Xingqui there so you can get some reactions. If it's for the later abyss floors, I wouldn't recommend putting them in the same team.
