Easy way to buy O is to purchase when the Div % is at or higher than 5%.

Seeing that Realty Income just recently announced they will be Investing about 1 Billion Dollars Into Plenty's Vertical Farming Project, seems more like a buy to me. Even with some potential risk, the potential of being part of the future of Agriculture is a huge gain.

Not sure if you have looked at any of the Oil companies lately? They have been coming down quite a bit, but still seem undervalued after their run. Wondering if you were considering doing a video comparing a few of them like OXY, XOM, or BP.

Can you do a Buy now video on DG, I’ve been dca into it’s recent dip, they have a low dividend but the company’s stock reminds me a lot of Visa, good dividend cagr while also out pacing nasdaq 100 short and long term.

4:32 How would change Price per share if you would put for example 3% growth as it was in past years. 3,75% seems a little high imo

@@Esrin1 Thanks. So imo Vici is better as O growth is slowing down. Vici from escalators alone should have greater growth than O in general

I was completely 100% going in on VICI tomorrow am convinced it was the best REIT…but after your video now I’m torn. What are your thoughts on a head to head $O Vs $VICI? If you had to pick one

I actually added some VICI around a month ago. Lots to like about that REIT. They both have their benefits. If it was up to me, I would go with the better value play at the time.

I am suspicious about this hype around VICI when it is near an all time high. Why are so many pushing it at the same time? Hmm?

@@TheBooban similar to everyone pushing JEPI and other covered call stocks? It’s like one person talks about it, 40 others start making a video on the same thing. I don’t thing it’s a conspiracy. It’s just people trying to make popular videos

Lots to like about $VICI. They own Vegas real estate and all of their customers are basically locked into contracts where they agree to rent raises every year that is also adjusted for inflation. So really they have very good pricing power. Also low turnover from their tenants. This will allow for solid dividend growth, especially for a REIT.

In theory, shouldn’t rent always go up and loans on those properties get paid off? Doesn’t that virtually guarantee the value will keep rising?

Why do you think the market is discounting this company right now? I bought O a few times over the last few years, reinvest dividends and have also sold covered calls when it seemed appropriate.

I think one factor is the high interest rate. Dividend stocks are competing with plain bonds.

Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to buy it at a price of less than $60. Luckily I was able to get hold of it at just under $61. Maybe the price will go down again
