@@Jai_.MahakalThe two words in question were "Bollywood" and "Tollywood" which refer to two distinct segments of Indian music and movies. So, had the original been "Is RRR an Indian movie ?!?" then I wouldn't have said anything. It IS an Indian movie. It IS NOT a Bollywood movie.

RRR is an Indian Telugu language movie also called Tollywood. Tollywood mostly makes Expensive Big production films in India like RRR, Baahubali & upcoming Sci Fi series KALKI 2898AD. RRR is made by India's biggest Filmmaker SS Rajamouli. 🙏 Netflix doesn’t have original Telugu version - it has dubbed Hindi version. You reacted to Hindi dubbed version btw.

Fun reaction! What a great intro to Indian cinema! While the version you watched is in Hindi, it was dubbed by the actual actors. The original language is actually Telugu and Netflix doesn't actually have that version if I remember correctly. India actually has multiple film industries, each segregated by language. Bollywood is Hindi film cinema, and named so since it is centered around Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay. RRR is a Tollywood film, which is the film industry around the Telugu language in southern India. There are other "-woods" such as Sandalwood, Mollywood, etc. for different languages/regions in the country.

Bollywood is just full of nepotism, we should never allow Bollywood to get popular, South Indian cinema must be the representative of Indian cinemas worldwide.

Those bikes used to be light during world war 2 and they are showing those bikes, which were airdropped during the war for the ground army, and the army used to carry unassembled and assemble themselves when in need. It was a little heavier than a bicycle. So nothing is done unnoticed I think, it's just our lack of knowledge

no, there's 2 cinema regions : Bollywood is North India (B is for Bombay), Tollywood is for South India (T is for Telugu langauge, in Hyderabad)

Bollywood is for films made in Hindi language which can be understood by most Indians. Tollywood is for films made originally in Telugu language or where majorly actors are Telugu. There are many more film industries in both north and south regions

I was excited when I saw that you reacted to this movie and you did not disappoint. This movie grabbed me and, like you, I was surprised to get emotionally invested. The exaggeration is all a part of the style of the movie and it mat be a bit foreign to western tastes but kinda enjoyed it's over the top scenes. Oh and it's blanks not blind bullets. Again it was very enjoyable watching your reaction to movie progess throughout the reaction and I knew you would love it like I did.

Thats not superstitious actually when the tribes they live in jungle they have knowledge about many herbs which could heal the people thats why they have been surviving so long ..the thread thing was spiritual though as those threads are worn by a particular community as a good luck sign but other things like burning coal and datura root must be some tribal cure for snake bite

The "exaggerations" (the over the top, epic feeling of the story, as well as the physical attributes of the 2 protagonists, were 100% intentional, pretty much in the way Tarantino's movies are. That is, they're a feature, not an unintentionally funny miscalculation.

The person with the bow and arrow is ALLURI SEETHA RAMA RAJU, and the other is KOMURAM BHEEM both are freedom fighters . though this film is fiction the persons are real. The God is Sree Ramachandra (Sree Ram) . The person cameo on the last song is the Director himself (S S RAJAMOULI). recommendations: watch other movies of the same director: EEGA , BAHUBALI 1 & 2, MAGHADHEERA watch other movies of the protagonists: RANGASTHALAM , ARAVINDA SAMETHA.

The statue from where Bheem took the flags, bow and arrow is of male god named Shri Ram. He is the ideal most human being this planet has ever seen. The way he led his life, stood strong as a mountain although life was throwing a series of challenging times to him, made him revered as God. For us Indians he is an emotion.

@@BissFlix you may have noticed even the guy who uses bow and arrow at the end is named "Ramaraju" as the god and is also the actual name of the real life freedom fighter "alluri Sita Ram Raju" whom the character is inspired from who also donned the same attire in his freedom fighter phase of life as shown in the end

Of course there are huge difference between a New York film, an Atlanta film and something actually filmed in Los Angeles as well as the many of the talented people who work on them from all over the country. Bolly/Kolly/Molly/Tollywood/Sandalwood all deserve their individual shine but also have a lot of similarities and overlap. Loved the film, love the story and loved the representation of the Indian people. Also love that the film won international acclaim and hope to see more.

Like all major action movies, the main characters both good and bad are portrayed as being somewhat superhuman. They also benefit from plot armor, the most powerful type. This film portrays an Indian who worked with the English (with hidden purpose) and one who worked for his community. In the end they see they share a common goal. This is a movie that I’d rate 4+.

She is not ready for it, that movie is based on reality. I don't know if she can handle the reality of british empire in India. It's more gore than RRR. I hope she watch it with that knowledge because it may be emotionally triggering to someone who don't like violence and gore.

This was a much needed movie in this raw format to make us realise how we were treated and how grateful we should be to the one who fought for us. Bikes weight used to be around 60-80 kg during world war, so it's believable for me🤣

The bikes which were used in world war time are made to even carry with bare hands , which means its weight is around 10kg like that. Thats why bheem can carry the bike so easyly. And as u saw the tiger episode we can understand wt he is capable of , to be frank there are many people in india like bheem. And the truth is the two main characters in the movie are real freedom fighters.
