556 feels like airsoft pellet now. Compare it to the previous wipe where it mowed down anything. Even 5.45 is more consistent

been seeing vids of ppl testing hitbox reg and you can literally hit ppl and rounds pass right through. just like always, when bsg adds something, better believe bsg fucked a lot of stuff up as well.

i have been feeling that hit reg is off on tarkov atmo i had a dudes balaclava stop a m993 and theres other times where ive survived a teamkill getting hit in the head from my mate was using 7.62 bp and all i had on was the jack pike boonie

5.56 has failed me numerous times this wipe. It feels so inconsistent so off. It's like i am used to it killing if i dump 55a1 in a lvl 4 6 times in the thorax, but in this wipe it doesn't kill. Lost so many easy 1v1s and even good 1v2s because of that scenario where i shoo someone then turn around quickly thinking they are dead then realizing i did probably only 20 damage to his thorax. Sticking to MCX for a bit

I hit one lad for 375 damage and 740 dmg absorbed by armor and guy didin't die i did

Always check player scavs rigs and backpacks with sv-98s cause they have a chance to spawn with a flir and a smart player scavs always takes it off so other scav players dont kill them for it

The first death he barely got 4 shots off so likely from the other persons POV he landed 3 shots. If he’s using 56A1 then it makes perfect sense that he didn’t get the kill there.

Yes and no, yes if you just started playing, no if you are late into the wipe, Aug is a good option if you just started playing, I'm lvl 11 and the Aug got me a couple of sr-25's, mp7's and a Rsass from a couple of high leveled players.

5.56 ammo is too hard to get and it sucks id rather use any other caliber this whole wipe. I think M80 is the best i just use those caliber rifles with m80 tbh and it shreds. But 5.45 was my main staple for a long time or just mosins lol
