Yeah I think Skims does a good job of marketing. Kim speaks on her items as if each item is one of a kind, it seems they pay a good amount of people for overly positive reviews, and others want to say favorable things to hopefully get on the PR list. So I think this bombardment of overly positive speaking affects buyers opinions. But I could see people loving certain items like the soft smoothing top or pajamas, especially if price or longevity aren't factors for them. 🙂

I agree with you, and of course people are hearing these glowing reviews and believing every word of it. The only things I have ever purchased from Skims is underwear. Have you tried any of that?

They have a lot of choices so look at all of them and see which ones look like something you would wear. Personally I don't like wearing thongs so I ruled all of those out. I don't like black either. I believe they have shapewear too. I have Skims non-thong panties and I do like them. They are very soft and I forget I'm even wearing them. Actually though, any good panties will feel that way, right? I can't say I recommend them, but they are worth a try. It would be interesting to hear your honest (unpaid for) opinion of them. 😊

i've been buying on my own and love most of my pieces! its really about getting the right size and fit which can be difficult in the beginning. the only thing i struggle with buying is still bras with a band and cup size because its really hard to get those online without trying, and i don’t have the luxury to try it as i'm not in the US. they do cover the costs of 1-2 returns iirc and have quite a responsive team! i'd suggest avoiding relying on the reviews which i think she mentioned she went by at the start of the video. i've found that to be somtimes unhelpful and even sabotaging.

How you are seen lies on your attire and attitude/personality. Remember “real men” like classy women so don’t expect to attract a REAL MAN”” If you dress, act and talk like a whore. You don’t need to show off to get a man’s attention, but if one likes to get played with their heart and does not value or respect themselves or really care about their body well that’s on you, dress sexy and cheap and be seen as an “easy one”🙈
