Jobs usually don't disappear , with time they just become less lucrative. Trucking used to be very lucrative jobs for americans who used to do mining but now we all know the situation. Its the same scare like mechanization will take away our jobs and we still have blue collar jobs just skill required are different

Competition , Skill, Awareness is increasing in every walk of life....even when you are walking at Churchgate station youll be left behind if others are better than you. Sabjiwala ,panwala ,carpenter , Plumber are also having a tough time as every customer / client has become more knowledgeable, aware and better informed due to google and KZfaq. Doctors, Advocates, CAs are having a tough time ! If there is ONE field which still has scope for getting jobs ,its CS ONLY. Cs has entered every other filed / branch / job and therefore CS skill is needed everywhere. But what you earn depends on your skill and the value you generate in that particular field.

I felt the same. Even if 30 students enroll in the course in 1 hour of 5k guess how much they earn. All in all, he himself is SDE-1. But 1 thing is correct learn tools bcz they will help you, the more u watch the more anxiety u get. Skills matter.

It is not about if CSE is best or ECE is best. You should choose the one which you feel passionate about, which intrigues you to learn more about it, which interests u so much that u go beyond the curriculum of the uni, and try to learn on your own , try to go to meetups , etc.

@@parshivkapoor9214 Bro let me clear u...u r in the top institute of India and literally if u have cracked jee adv u can do anything...always try to upgrade ur skills according to market demand... almost all big tech companies exept few will have open roles in coding profile available for all branches...if u r able to change ur branch it's good if not then mainly focus on coding DSA and backend development or WEB 3.0 ... I couldn't make it to jee adv but u have cleared u already came under top 1% engineers.
