12:19 No, bc no matter how broken kaiser looks, its nowhere as broken as godspeed. You may think this is untrue but godspeed requires wayy less skill compared to kaiser. With kaiser you have to get lineups to score well and if you don’t know how to use kaiser you won’t really be cooking with it.
