U have to sand the place before u spray ,after that use primer , after spray which color u want to . Next and final spray is hardner or clear paint . It helps to hold the paint. If paint used like this any paint will go off with petrol . This is the all companies use .

Even original paint will be remove with petrol, you can check base of petrol tank, company does not coat clear coat there. It will go away with petrol.

The paint for levers are powder coated. Only powder coating lasts long. but its a big process. All alluminium engine parts are powder coated and kept in Oven. So the paint lasts longer.

Bhai drying time 1 month tak hota hai permanent cure hone k liye spray paint ka to aap agar 1week k baad bhi koi thinner ya gasoline use karoge paint par to wo nikal jayega , or agar aise jagha jaha par permanent finish Chahiye to 2 part paint ya 2 part clear coat karo , jo ki thinner resistant ho , wo paint k paise zyada hote hai but they are worth buying...

obviously the paint goes off if you do that way. " first you must apply primer spray and then the colour which you wanted to spray and lastly coating spray" 😎

i got a little tip...paint anything with either a spray can or brush according to your budget and then put a clear coat(spray one)...tomake it last for over 2 years easily lbviously clear coat after painting!!

Very true. Used ABRO glossy black & silver. Trust me, sanding was perfect. The drying time was really long. The finish was great but sadly it is petrol soluble. Not a great option for automotive use. One would expect an American company like ABRO to mention the petrol soluble nature of their product in the directions for use

Why the RePainting of the chain cover is not durable as the original paint. To get durability, is it possible to electroplat the chain cover with duralumin (the material used in aluminium cooker) or by zinc electroplating.?

The thing that spray paint is not good is not completely truth, you aren't doing the actual steps to get a better result 1. Clean the part so it doesn't have any greasy content 2. Apply primer 3. Then spray paint 4. Then clear coat if you feel like.. Professionals follow these steps to achieve better results The most important thing we don't use petrol to wash our automobiles, we use water.
