Yum sausages, fermented pork with rice. Like a morcilla style? but not made of blood of course. The red one looks really amazing, and we are sure it has that charcoal feeling to it as well. Truly loving this night market, as you know Lieles is just dreaming with experiencing all that That is true, tilapia in the US has a weird muddy taste. I like it in Spain, we call it perca, and it is one of my favorite fish to eat, easy to cook and has not too many bones.
