This design has aged very well. Love the ventilated rear panel with the mid-engine.

Car is 20 but looks 10.

I really like how you give a mini history lesson at each video, especially this one highlighting Ferrari's model sequencing for the "regular" Ferrari Models, it helps appreciate each car more.

As a previous owner of a 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena, I can attest to its incredible handling and speed which is comparable to nothing, even on paper, I’ve experienced in any other car- and I feel like I’ve driven almost them all. An absolute head turner as well, and a masterpiece in craftsmanship. Downside: Maintenance and repairs. For example, there’s required maintenances that go up to $15,000. It’s an attainable dream to buy, but a nightmare in maintenance fees. Don’t expect it to be a daily driver, the reliability isn’t like your Honda- but owning an exotic race car isn’t supposed to be low maintenance.

This is the Ferrari that made me fall in live with the brand. Love it. Good job..

The rear upper left air duct is for the engine induction.The F1 gearbox is not an automatic,it is a manual gearbox with automated clutch and gear functions.Also,the 360 has in fact adaptive suspension with different settings,accessed via the ''sport'' switch which also makes the shifts faster.Oh,also the limiter is at 8500.Otherwise,very nice review,glad you enjoyed the car!

Some additional information I'd like to add: Compared to the F355 you don't have to remove the engine to change the timing belt (which is a major cost factor, since owners get oversensitive and prematurely change it like every 2-5 years), but can be accessed just right behind the seats. Also the exhaust manifolds don't just burst anymore, lighting the car up like it happened with the F355. So the major cost factor in this car with the F1 transmission installed is the exchange and calibration of the clutch. Btw.: That rear grill isn't a stock factory grill, it's the Challenge grill and was optionally available, similar to the Challenge Stradale grill which was way lighter but also much more susceptible to bending. Also only very few people know that yellow ("giallo") is the original color Ferrari had for years, the red color people associate with Ferraris came way later. Nice video, really enjoyed watching! How tall are you Joe? Test sitting in one next week to see if I can fit in there properly.

Thx for the vid. FYI, The air intake on the driver side up top is to feed the air intakes not cooling, and the previous models didn’t need the engine to be taken out for oil changes, it was for a belt service. The switches next to the radio are for the windows, not the mirrors. And to keep terminology consistent, tend to call it an automated manual transmission since it is not an automatic transmission. A final thought, Blue is a proper color on a 360 Modena, as is yellow. Those are the colors of the Modena city flag. Keep up the good work.

Very good review. One correction. Enzo Ferrari did not build his first car in 1940 as stated. Actually he built his first 2 cars in 1939 for the 1940 race. The AutoAvio Costruzioni 815. Only one remains and is located in a private collection in Italy. Enzo first had is shop in Modena, but moved it to the nearby town of Maranello durring WWII in order to avoid Arial bombing.

Beautiful car, but if I remember correctly this specific Ferrari had a terrible explosion/fire risk if its rear ended or if it backs into something. Gas tank was right up against the rear bumper. Yikes

Too bad about the wheels. Just do not look right. And a little fact, the red you see all the time is not the original Ferrari red. Rosso barchetta is darker like burgundy.
