The QX80 has a few updates doe 2020 and a way to celebrate 30 years of Infiniti. Under the hood of the QX80 is a 5.6L V8 that is pumping out 400HP & mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission. The Edition 30 brings some nice touches to the exterior such as 22in wheels, dark chrome finishes, black accents, etc.... On the inside you will find an updated infotainment system, along with high end appointments, and safety tech. Is the 2020 Infiniti QX80 Editions 30 the king of full-size luxury SUVs?

I just got this as a rental and it’s really relaxing to drive. All my friends feel so relaxed riding in the back as well. If you’re over 5’11 - this car has more than enough leg and head room for taller folks. The engine picks up quickly for something that is close to 6000 pounds.

The Twinkies are the plush leather seats and real wood grain, plus the lovely exterior. They nailed it. The zonk is the outdated technology.

So here’s a quick lesson on qx80 trims. Luxe is the base model at 70k Premium select is mid at 75K and Sensory is top at 85k and sensory is where ya get cooler front seats and heated rear seats.

Hey Joe ! Love the channel and the fact that you review cars that normal people can actually obtain, you definitly have the most informative channel out there considering how many videos you put out . Nissan/Infiniti needs an entire new design team to update the interior and exterior of almost all of their vehicles. They're way behind the competition. On the bright side, at least they didn't put their famous CVT transmission in this car lol.

Jay Patel lol all they did was add in that separate screen for entertainment, the top monitor still has the old crappy resolution and backup camera. For 76k your better off in something way better. Nissan/Infiniti is terribly behind in the auto market.

Raiti's Rides This is in almost the exact same boat as the LX570. Both SUV’s are extremely outdated in technology and their designs. The LX570 is STILL over 100k, so at least you have to give Nissan some credit for not going that high.

Ok, I get that Nissan/Infiniti gets a bunch of hate for being old, (patrol/Armada/qx80 is from 2010) the land cruiser/ LX570 is from 2007!

32 bit link you are absolutely correct....but the Land Cruiser/LX570 is justified because of their world-class off road capabilities.....there is nothing world-class about the Armada/QX80. Having said all that, I do appreciate the “old school” factor of both vehicles as they actually drive like traditional body on frame SUV’s with a large displacement v8 and both vehicles have solid build quality, sufficient luxury and legendary reliability. Those qualities cannot be found in any new SUV (2020 model year), except for those two vehicles.

I was given a loaded 2019 QX80 rental to drive for 32 days while my 2018 Audi Q7 was in for collision repair. Hated the QX80 - what a dinosaur! So happy to get my Q7 back.

Man my first car is a 2012 Infiniti g37 x sedan and I love it! quick car for it's class and pretty luxurious, but considering the new Infinitis, they really need to update their infotainment system but other than that, Infiniti is a really underated car company especially considering their "dealio" with Nissan.

👍 Chicken 🍗 Parmigiana? You’re making me hungry Joe. Over $70k for this one is a bit much for me especially since I don’t need a vehicle this size. Although white is not my favorite color the vehicle looks good. Excellent review Joe. Guns 💪🏻 did his usual superb work with the camera!!!
