Yup, I am going to upgrade my wife’s 22 model Ford Expedition Limited to this vehicle next year. Trade and put a down payment on this one for the long term family hauler! They nailed it with this thing, that magna-air ride suspension and on 24s!! Definitely with the deisel!

Thanks for this review, Joe. The Suburban is a work of art and the most comfortable, driver-friendly car I have ever driven. It's not just loaded with conveniences but serious safety features, too. Chevy took the Tahoe and Suburban to a whole new level. I personally think it looks better than the current GMC Yukon and Yukon XL.

Those wheels really stand out. GM always knocks it out of the park with their wheel designs. No ventilated seats in the top trim is a major zonk.

Good thing, the V8’s didn’t die for this model year. When other automakers are going for TT V6.

Definitely needed the interior update! I have a 2022 z71 and think the dash display on the 2025 looks way better. Hopefully the front seats are more comfortable than the 2022 on long drives… I would definitely trade my z71 in for a high country!

Finally, a NO-ZONK rear wiper! I never thought I'd see the day. At least not in my lifetime I didn't. Just like the Tahoe this is great!

The newer Suburban is somewhat nice overall the looks of it, but wishing to have sunshades for 2nd row would have it there.

Love the 24”. Wheels the interior is much better infotainment system is night and day above the outgoing! They should put ventilated seats in the second row come on man ! Love it they have a whole year to add those ventilated seats. It would be so worth it.

I love the interior color and that giant navigation screen and I love them beautiful led headlights and taillights I love the exhaust pipes too the only thing I don’t like that’s missing im going to have to zonk it where is the interior lights every single new model car needs to have it and it has a head up display so that’s a plus

I liked my older 3/4 ton 4x4 2 speed transfer case big blocks with fewer electronics. The hatch has grown on me but I still would order barn doors.

I love this redesign! I’m sad they dont have a hybrid option. It would be an automatic win for me. I’m also sorely disappointed that they don’t have ventilated 2nd row and at least heated 3rd row. I’d get a diesel though.

I have a 2023 palisade calligraphy and we love it and fits our family of 5 just fine and we love road tripping so works great for that too but myself I love bigger and bigger so I would love to get one of these, Unfortunately I feel like it’s just too expensive and not worth it to me but do like it a lot.

I like this look for the suburban...ive never been a fan of suburbans but gmc has does a great job making these big trucks attractive!

You could probably put a legit twin size in there and still have plenty of space😄

Thanks for the video. Well done. I'm currently trying to price out a 2024, and the trim prices are crazy. There are overlaps of one feature that you want that force you to upgrade to high country. As an example, I have a 2014 LTZ that I love. It has the power retractable steps. It looks like I can only get that if I get the high country. Why is that? Just curious if that is the case or am I reading the options incorrectly.

I think this would be my number 1 large suv over Escalade and GMC Denali , Chevy went up a notch to number 1👏👏👏👏

I really miss the mechanical column shifter. I'm glad they got rid of those hideous buttoned gear selectors, but the electric gear selector in the form of a stick does not do the job.

They have totally reinvented the 2025 Chevy suburban but joe when will the all new suburban be on sale?

Always good to be chillin like a villain!!! It’s a clean SUV, not a truck based SUV like years past. Thats a huge zonk along with the price. Just a few generations ago, the top of the line Suburban was mid $30k. Crazy mark ups on the new stuff. The question is what will the reliability be? The older ones were built to last without problematic electronics. My 05 Burb Z71 4x4 is cruising towards 400k miles, what will that new suburban need over the next 20+ years….

That color looks nice! Was looking to trade my ‘23 Tahoe RST for a ‘24 Suburban RST, but I think I’ll wait now. I love the Tahoe but that trunk space when I have the kids’ stroller and any other stuff it just kills me.

I was waiting to see this! I love my 2022 Suburban High Country Duramax and definitely see a lot of new enhancements and improvements, especially the interior. The front lights and rear (finally LED rear) lights look really nice! I like that they have actually LED fog lights now in the bottom front. As for the interior... those LED screens (driver cockpit and the info center) look AMAZING. I will watch your Tahoe review to see what those look like when turned on. But man... that front dash and center console area look more top tier, and the addition of the gear lever/shifter on the steering column is nice touch. I am still not the biggest fan of the current gear buttons, but I have gotten used to it. I may have to look into the 2025 Suburban's. 😉Thanks for the great review! 👍

Great review again, nice work. Chevrolet has just surpassed Ford and Stellantis (or whatever their name is today) bigtime. Just simple things like moving the rear wiper to hidden location, interior and embedded camera system with remote access make such a difference. Will they publish a list showing what each trim adds or deletes?. I'm interested in anew 2025 Tahoe RST but don't want to lose too may features that the 23 RST lost.

That looks really nice. Curious to see how it drives. Makes me consider its value compared to my 2019 expedition in terms of upgrading. I will say the one thing that I like a bit better in the expedition (from what I can tell) is the center console on the expedition doesn’t extend into the 2nd row space as much. Not sure if bad or good difference, just caught my eye.
