The 76mm Jumbo is ALWAYS uptiered though. Only in a full downtier is it even close to where it belongs in BR. It's called the USA tax. A huge portion of the US trees are over-br'd.

​@@fire_drake12.arc.24 My favorite BR range is 4.3-5.7. I get uptiered a lot in 5.3 so my vehicles are always lightly armored with powerful cannon. I like the tiger and panther but never bring them out again.

my usa 6.7 line-up only consist of the pershing heavies so there's nothing I can do

Is the armor actually good, or does the Jumbo just have more HP?

@@CrabbyPattyMoox Armor is good, but it has less hp. Also, the turret with more armor has even less hp and less view range and can't mount faster firing 76 mm.

@@petermikus2363 Yes, it has 105 howitzer. But HE ammo was changed so many times, of course it's weaker than it was before.

I remember fighting the 75 in PzIV's. This was when it was supposed to be the most "OP" Jumbo. Spoiler, it wasn't. It's the sweaty players and their tactics against the most convex braincases throwing up an illusion. The short stab and rate of fire on the Jumbo's combine with panicked other nation mains trying to shoot first, but missing, getting slapped with barrel meta, and crying, because it wasn't a point and click through the entire face like almost literally the entire rest of America they could miss and kill these days.

6.3 gets downtiered all the time for me. A lot of things lol pen you, but definitely not everything. The Jumbo can whoop the Leopard easy. Jumbo stabilizer + leopard weak armor = ez win. At range is a different story, but the Jumbo is really just the best for urban combat. Another case of mad cuz bad.

T-34-57 vs 76 Jumbo? Tiger H1 vs 76 Jumbo? KV-85 vs 76 Jumbo? Sherman VC vs 76 Jumbo? Chi-To vs 76 Jumbo? That is just not fair. That is pure cope.

After your comments i officialy declare my mind changed around jumbo 76 being 5.7, i have to admit 6.0 sounds more fair. About the matchups: against t-34-57, kv-85 and chi-to it would be avoided at 6.0; tiger h1 and sherman vc would just be in a normal uptier, i can live with that (vc can still eat the jumbo alive from the front if he see first and shoot first). Being serious now, I was more thinking about his uptiers more then his downtiers when I felt it was to mo move down a bit, all those atgm and hear really kill part of the fun of this tank which is to be cocky just a bit cause you can rely on your frontal armor a bit. I guess the real problem is the ridicoulus br compression that start at 6.7 up to 8.7. Jumbo 76 at 6.3 seems fair if you look down matchups, horrible if you look up. It's either move it at 6.0 as the ladder is right now or keep it to 6.3 but decompress the fuck out of 7.3.
