Join us as we take a look at Kurt's legendary 1970 example to discover if the younger generation are missing a trick by not owning & running a classic car. MOT & Tax exempt, along with very cheap classic car insurance... why are we not exploiting this!
Ever wondered what 34BHP feels like? well luckily Kurt's Bug has some tasty modifications bring the power to around 40BHP! With two of us in the car, the twin carb setup certainly had it's work cut out, but it was genuinely one of my favourite cars to have featured on this glorious channel!
It ate up the Welsh mountain roads like a champ!

I just picked up a 1973 VW mine is not lowered... I had a 04 Mustang and wasn't because it ripped out the oil pan. I do love that look. My wife was shocked of it size when I brought it home a couple weeks ago but after riding it she loves it as much as I do...

It's not tax exempt. It still needs to be taxed each year, it just doesn't cost anything. Great beetle and really enjoyed this!

Great example of taking a really nice genuine car and ruining it.. okay, it's owners choice for sure. But doing that to a car is daft. Noisier, worse handling, banging on every bump on the road. Thank goodness it's only got enough horse power to get it to move.. great car, ridiculess modification for the roads..
