It showcased the new Holden 253 engine in a mid-mounted configuration, a unique door design and many features that would be seen on production cars for years to come.

Yep Holden should've built the damn thing, same with the Last Concept Torana. I was working there back then. Was a bloody sad end to Australian Manufacturing & Engineering.

Man they were keen to build another Torana I reckon but the marketing was terrible. Should never have gone for a pink car with a V6 and turbos. They weren't really a thing here back then...

The car that SHOULD have been built, and not put into the corner to be ignored. I think with a big of effort, a newer version would be desirable by a few buyers, even with a bootful of batterie,s it'd be a decent thing!
