Those are interesting points ! Thanks for letting us know. Especially, the carrier fee, yeah 😅 , that makes no sense especially with eSims now. However, I still have a few questions pending that id appreciate if you could address, if you are aware: 1. If it's a yearly loan of the current iPhone. Say tomorrow I were to upgrade from a 15 ( 128 GB ) to a 16 Pro Max ( 256 GB ) will it be a new plan ? 2. When do you get to apply for the upgrade ? As soon as the new phone releases ? Do you have to get in a virtual queue ? or are you auto enrolled? Could you explain on the process while upgrading. 3. How do you transfer the data from your old phone to the new one ? I mean I know how to transfer data to a new iPhone. But say there is a delay in the new Pro Max Natural Titanium make of my choosing and it takes Apple until December to deliver it. Do I have to turn in my older phone when it's 12 months old. 4. Following the 3rd point, say my new phone build is delayed a few weeks and the new phone is priced differently to the outgoing one ( I have upgraded to a higher spec model ) will I be charged the price of the new one in the intermediate ? if not will I have to wait until the next December to turn in the newer phone ?

I'm asking that because I don't live in the USA, even tho I have apple credit card and other necessary stuff. Thank you oncd again

Does this iPhone upgrade program work if you are on a prepaid account with one of those carriers? Or does it have to be a post paid account from the carrier with financing options even though your not financing it through the actual carrier? Also I heard when you upgrade every year, they do another credit check on you, is this also true?
