Join us as we show you our 3-day travel journey from Chiang Rai, Thailand to Luang Prabang, Laos! We'll show you how to travel from Chiang Rai to Luang Prabang, including the famous slow boat from Huay Xai (HouayXay) to Luang Prabang.
This travel journey will include a bus from Chiang Rai to Chiang Khong, the Thai-Laos border crossing, a night in Huay Xai and then a 2-day journey on the slowboat, including a stopover in Pakbeng.

Wow that was quite the journey. That boat looked crazy full. Safety wise things are definitely a lot more relaxed in Asia 😮.

It definitely felt full, but I don’t think we fully appreciated just HOW MANY people were on it until we time lapsed everyone getting off 😂 it was crazy!

I did the journey in reverse probably 20 years ago but on the fast boat / Had to wear a crash helmet. Could you fly your drone in Laos

we saw some of those fast boats, I don't know which would be worse! From what we read online I think you can fly your drone in most places, having said that though we were too afraid and the drone footage is from our Motion Array/Artlist subscription 😂
