ive been using the macbook since 1.5 year and mac is way better in every way if you don't have compatibility issues. And I don't agree with your points like if you install Rectangle you get snapping feature you forgot about mission control, webcam quality, can charge with smartphone charger you dont need to carry half kg charger in your bag and there is no issue of ram like i have used it heavily and never faced ram issue at all and i think file manager is better than windows it feels like iam using my android.

i5 13th gen with a dedicated GPU makes more sense, but if you liek MacOS more, then Mac Mini is also a good buy. If you also plan on doing 3D work & working on Davinci, then Gaming Laptop would provide you more value.

Bro it's a great laptop it can last you 10 years or more my friend had 2015 Mac it lasted almost 10 plus years repair if you damaged it so be careful with it treat it like your baby 👶 it's an overall great battery for uni students and other people more than worth it 👌

My mcbook m2 15inch normal usage 3 hours daily 1 week chalta hai full charge pe. Drawback office 365 paid subscription many apps are paid in macbook. Rest everything is awsome.

No, A hard NO! Reason: Consider this - Even on Intel Macs, no Engineering software was available. No CATIA, no AutoCAD Architecture, no SolidWorks, no Ansys HFSS, no Proteus. Nada. Nothing. And on top of that, the few apps that do exist have to run through Rosetta, which will have a major performance, efficiency drops, stability issues and some broken features. Not to mention, even the top-end M1 Max is much, worse than an average Ryzen 5 5th Gen, RTX 3050 laptop, when it comes to Engineering work, in the few apps like Maya which are available. Just FYI, you can get Ryzen 5 5th Gen + RTX 3050Ti for the same price as M1 MacBook Air. And if you want only Ultrabooks, even Ryzen 5 5600U, or i5-1240P outperform the M1. Also remember, in India, colleges aren’t geared towards MacOS and the Indian Market is generally dominated by Windows and Android, so unless you’re in the Apple EcoSystem, it is pretty worthless to get this because you will struggle left right and centre to connect to connect to your friends’ phones and Laptops and also to connect to college servers and stuff. Also, there are about 100 other issues like the lack of ports, the lack of upgradability and others which don’t make a major impact in day to day use but will bite you hard in the a** later Credits for the answer - Sanand Thapar on Quora (his answer seemed very logical and was coming out of experience, so copy pasting was the better call) Please don’t forget to Like & Subscribe 🙌🏻🥰

M1 Makes more sense if you want higher SSD speeds. Agar GPU performance jyada chahiye toh M2 better hai bcoz M1 Air has 7 CORE GPU & M2 Air has 8 GPU. Pros- 8-10 hours of battery life (50%brightnes 1080p streaming), buttery smooth gestures n performs every educational/Official/entertainment task easily... tihin n light portable Much better than the bakwas windows.. best decision so far.. Cons- only thunderbolt ports but Tbh till now never felt I needed the others totally depends on yiur use.. Bought it 3 months back for 86k which I regret coz its much cheaper on amazon or Flipkart.

Can you tell a good laptop under 40k with browsing and media viewing, and little gaming. IPS is a must, or a good TN display, and touchpad should be big enough for daily business use. You can tell more than one laptops.

iam doing mba from one of top college battery life is great I haven't been into compatibility issues and i only need 1 dongle which is HDMI but i hardly need that and yess people will notice the apple logo and there is respect for you if you have apple product

Hey! Yes! It is great for beginners/starters It's about preference, we use macbook for light tasks but for heavier tasks, we have dedicated RIGs where windows feels more powerful. You can go for Macbook for coding. It is good!
