It used to bother me when I was first discarded. Sleepless nights, anxiety, and we have a child together. Even now a year later, I’m still healing.

Narcissist can Never be heart happy EVER ... They are devoid of all emotional connection .... Everything you see is an act ... Im happy to be free The most important realization I experienced was The moment I understood ... That this didnt happen TO me.... It happened FOR ME ... Once you understand that this was never about you ... And you understand their behaviour ... You can then start to unravel how where why this whole scenario survived for as long as it did ... I take my share of responsibility in this outcome ... Quite simply because I had become the enabler that allowed this to continue for as long as it did ... I dont blame myself ... I did the emotional work I so needed ... So I could free myself and find that level of forgiveness and that was ALL about me ... I move forward with some residue of course ... The life lessons learnt are of such value that I am Grateful for ALL that this horrendous relationship taught me ... About Me ... I finally realised that I have great Value ... i bring alot to the table ... I deserve the best that life has on offer ... And choosing to be Alone is far better than being where Someone constantly treats you like you dont even exist nor matter ... Dont be afraid there's a real life out there just waiting for you ... Take the time you need to work on you ... Getting to know this New person youve become ... You may actually realise you're OK with or without a partner ... we dont need someone else to complete us ... we just need to fall in love with ourselves first before looking to love another ❤❤❤

It took me 28 years to realize my dad is a narcissist and a liar. I believed everything he told me. He turned me against my mother and claimed to be this “great” dad. He told me stories on how my mother would never do anything for us and how he did. Well fast forward I kept attracting narcs (my dad) and when I found out the truth I will never look at him the same. He’s a liar and a cheater!

It's been a hard 7 months since i was discarded and it's kinda getting better finally. Just having my days I start ruminating about her and all the good times and bad. How long was it before you were finally over this process of thinking and wondering what actually happened? It all seems like a crazy dream sometimes I still cannot believe it at times after 4 years being with her. Thank you. Carol

I absolutely love the information you provide and personally I believe you have some of the most valuable content on KZfaq on the topic of narcissism. I sure do wish you would find a way to increase the sound quality. I watch and listen to thousands of KZfaq videos and your videos are very difficult to hear I matter what devise o listen to them on and always have to be played on high. Almost every video sounds like you are recording from 30 feet away while standing in a bathroom with your phone on speaker.

my ex who at lest has NPD traits had at lest 2 exs that couldnt get her move out of her mothers house... but then cheated on me for guy in the military. i knew she had this military wife fantasy but im now wondering if mom was finally pushing her out house because out of nowhere i was ghosted and she moved 2 stated away with this military guy 2 states away...

Nobody falls in love faster than a narcissist that needs a place to stay? Narcissists don't fall anywhere mostly not in love even if they did so what ?
