The UK got a much better Ltd edition of Zelda. Same art book but with a different cover. The game and also a cool steelbook that looks like an original Gameboy with Links Awakening cart on back and the title screen.

I'm really happy Nintendo stopped putting cameras on their devices. I work on the shipyard where cameras aren't allowed, but my switch lite is allowed. I also don't own a TV, so the switch lite works perfectly.

Handhelds are usually personal, so for families, this is probably great. Regular switch for common use, lite for personal. While dad plays BOTW on the tv, kid sits on the sofa playing Links awakening on lite.

Maybe they should have called it the Nintendo Stuck. You can't "switch it" in any way, not to the TV, the joy-cons don't detach so cannot be "switched" to use in different ways. Calling it a Switch makes no sense other than that continuing the brand name, but it creates confusion also. Nice little handheld console for the younger audience though.

The new switch lite is just the new DS which is a great idea as most people I know don’t play their switch on the TV. Give choice to those who want it. If you are moaning about this new console, then just know it’s not for you and move on.

I bought the lite in that exact same color because I could not afford the original switch. Best decision ever for me... I love it. I'm really happy with it and I have not stopped playing. Still planning on buying the switch some time in the future, but I am completely satisfied with the lite.

brennantg7 Press plus on the game you want to download data from. Go down to “save data cloud” and hit your player icon. There should be an option that says download save data and you should be good to go.

And if for some reason, the game doesn't have back up cloud save, or you don't have Nintendo Online. Go to settings, Data Management, and then Transfer Save Data. Theres two options to send and receive data. Just have your other older Switch handy at the time, as you need it to do it successfully. You set one switch to recieve and one to send and voilà. It works perfectly.

I am doing the same. I enjoy playing on my tv with the Switch docked. But when Animal Crossings is here, I'll prefer having portable. Plus the battery life on the lite is so much better than gen 1 Switches.

Link's Awakening has always been my favorite Zelda game. I played the original at launch way back when, and I have the GBC "DX" version in my collection. The remake is just amazing; it captures the spirit of the original so well, and the whimsical art style suits the tone of the game so perfectly. I was happy I finally got to play it recently. I got my first Switch a couple months ago, and it was a grey Lite refurb. I came to realize that I do almost all of my gaming on a laptop or handheld anymore, so the Lite was a perfect choice. The fact that I can put a console into my pocket that is capable of playing Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, which is my favorite game of all time, just blows my mind.

I got my Switch Lite in gray, and I enjoyed it. I mainly got the Switch Lite to play all of my favorite games in handheld on the go. I enjoy the experience on the Lite. I do recommend buying it myself. Also funny thing now in this video Wood, Borderlands did come to the Switch.

Wood, you can transfer your save files between switches. Through cloud saves. And if cloud saves are not supported by the game you can still transfer it off 1 console to the other. So if people want 2 switches it is defs worth it.

I already have a switch. I bought the Lite today because I mainly play handheld, and I can take this one to work, and wherever without totally worrying about something terrible happening to my main switch. Also the save data easily transfers back and forth through the cloud.

You can transfer your save between Switches. I started Zelda on my original Switch in order to get some recording done on it, and then transferred my save to my Switch Lite to continue playing.

Thanks for this Wood! I own the Switch and was considering getting the Switch Lite for my sis for Xmas from me and our parents. Wasn't sure if this would be better or the original on but, I can count on the one hand the amount of times I've actually played it on the TV. P.S. Zelda looks great, cant wait to play it after I finish the new Luigis Mansion.

I find it very comfortable to hold. But then I do have one of those clear rubber cases with molded grips, so that may've helped.

I was set on getting the Turquoise color for my birthday in April but than I learned on April 3rd a new color called Coral comes out and it's a beautiful light pink so if anyone wants a light pastel pink for your Nintendo switch Lite than I'd highly recommend buying it when it comes out

@@unlawful555 I did! But then I sold my Switch Lite and got a standard model. The Lite is prettier, but now I can play on TV. As for Link's Awakening: SO GREAT! I really enjoyed the game

Hi, Greetings from Poland, Europe. Just wated to let You know, that Nintendo of Europe prepared for us the Collector's edition with the same Artbook content, but in a different Cover. Our cover is black with just golden colour Zelda game logo, so the book itself looks more like a bible ;) In our collector's edition we got additionally the Steelbook game cover in a shape of a GameBoy console.

For future reference, for unboxings, you can put the camera on the other side of the table, and flip the video in production. Instead if having to reach around the stand awkwardly :-)

I'm so in love with the Switch Lite design. I'm doing my best to wait, even though I don't have a Switch, to see if they release an Animal Crossing themed one. Honestly, that's another game that seems so perfect for the Lite.

@@juliusabuan5671 None, I have read about a few cases wher it happened, but none so far for me, and I use ir pretty regulary. I gotta say I take good care of my hardware, so take that into consideration.
