Jesus commanded us to watch for His coming. He commanded us to look for the signs of His coming. We are living in perilous times like none other in history. I think Amir said that there won't be a red heifer sacrifice anytime soon. In this he is probably correct. All those involved in the project are preparing the cows in case God would bring about the circumstances for the ceremony to happen, not in anticipation of forcing something in the near future.
