4:16 That monster's roar echoing through the galaxy is really bone-chilling and never expected this episode to have a dark ending, even though it's going back to normal next week. But to cheer up, at 0:34 , seeing the singers backing away, sweating with anxiety, knowing that Roger will hurt them with a whip on cue (which he missed and messed up)! Even the cow is nervous as well! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

They've always handled "weird" ideas. Seriously, watch from season 1, it's all there, and you get to watch everyone really grow into their characters and make them their own. Good stuff

American dad is easily the best "simpsons knockoff"/animated show about a family that never ages but time moves on on tv. IMO the best part of the show is the constant call backs and inventive episodes and how they always use the full family, unlike family guy which is just the peter, stewie, and brian show anymore chris and lois get like 2 scenes and meg gets 1 line an episode if that.

By far this is one of the darkest American Dad episodes. Probably also one of the most graphic episodes. Luckily that was not the end of the cast and that the whole episode took place on an alternate earth.

I believe that was the entire point they were going for, especially when you consider the previous supposed series finale episode had the entire family killed off by a hot-tub that gained life and sentience. Though that episode was remarkably different considering it was being narrated.

I was just looking for hidden meaning because I've heard people talking about a second earth in another dimension and that when we die our souls can travel there, or something like that... thank you.

Well, another part of the multiverse. There are several different ideas of what the multiverse could be and this actually shows one of them. In this case, all universes occupy the same infinite space and are completely separate from each other, sometimes following the same rules of physics, slightly different rules, or completely different realities and modes of existence. Does that make sense?

@@dinomanny41 Think of it like a big bubble filled with many, many smaller bubbles. The big bubble is the infinite space enclosing all the little bubbles that are each their own universe. Now, the laws of reality within each bubble are like the color spectrum; each bubble is their own color with some having similar shades to other bubbles while others are completely different. In this case, with American Dad, these two bubbles are of an indistinguishable shade so they're similar but the laws of reality were so slightly different that the outcome of Steve's spin was different. Better or still just between nonsensical and understandable?

I'd hate for American Dad to end like this. I'd destroy Zaslav for this. It would be a disappointing end and cliffhanger to a show. Every show deserves to end nicely. No matter what. Even if this show is from and owned by Disney. It's one of the last few decent adult animated shows out there. And one of the last best adult animated show from Disney.

I'll say it's one of "the last few decent" shows in that genre. I can't like The Simpsons anymore and I hate Family Guy now. American Dad doesn't get as much attention as the other two shows.

@@MissDavids - See when I watch some episodes of American Dad, I see things that happen that people would genuinely have a certain reaction to. But instead, not the opposite, odd outcomes happen instead. Like in Drawn Together, Captain Hero kills a club’s President by ripping out his heart and claims to be the new one. But then the Vice President comes from behind and says he’s technically the new one and Hero just gets upset and walks away from it. That’s the kind of stuff that happens in American Dad these days. With character stupidity/obliviousness of Family Guy.
