I love the stanley Parable. it funny and is one of the best games( I don't if i can say that anymore) ever.

Okay, so you said a game has rules and a win state? If you define any ending in the Stanley Parable as a victory, then it could still fall into the category of a game, couldn't it? Or could you believe that there is a definitive win state in the game which is simply impossible to achieve? Then you could still define TSP as a game with your definition even if you aren't capable of "winning".

More or less I was shooting towards your second point there. I see TSP as being finished as opposed to being beaten, where you can't really win or lose. Kind of like reading a book.

Okay, but do you believe not being able to win or lose disqualifies it as a "game"?

On a technical standpoint yes, however I don't really care all that much about it as long as I'm enjoying my time with it and I did enjoy my experience with this one.
