Martin, % change would be greatest for people who started with low asset values in 2020. So, the 80% increase in net worth makes some sense for the younger folks.

Agreed, my portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% from early last year to date. I and my advisr are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take another year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.

Not just canada... take a look at australia... it's similar if not worst than canada in terms of GDP per capita... record immigration 4x the decade average of immigration in the last few years to make up for the shortfall in immigration.... it's da best....

@@anonmon6236you got all these people saying that things are overvalued when the companies have 20% growth rates. Yes, a 40 / 30 pe or more is high, but if they have a growth rate of 30% a year like Nvidia does on average than 30 PE is not expensive anymore, it's cheap. It's Insanity how these people get stuck on these old long-term PE without factoring in growth. If Nvidia could do 20% net income growth a year selling to Gamers than why would they not be able to continue doing that selling to Enterprise? Gamers didn't need the product, Enterprise clearly does for AI.

No, they defaulted to their "it has to have the same pe as the other auto companies, even though the other auto companies don't grow, and this one does." Nvidia did 250% growth yoy, but isn't growing enough for a 35 forward pe. But these people I don't talk about costco, netflix, a ton of other companies with higher forward pays and lower growth rates. It is painfully obvious that people don't actually read financials

The stock market has been one big bubble since Reagan and the Eighties. There was a time when stocks were actually a proper financial instrument based on ROI and things like investment and dividends. Since Reagan allowed CEO's to own stock in their own companies, the stock market has become a bingo parlor. An area of perception over performance of prestidigitation and misdirection. Since then, stocks have represented everything but ROI, dividends and investment. Pretty much every stock is way overpriced based on actual value, but because it's a perpetual ponzi scheme, it gets a lot of play. The last time there was a run on the market was 2020 at the start of covid and stocks began plummeting to their actual values (very little). That's when the Fed poured 7 trillion into the banking system to prop up the stock market. Which it did. The price for this was horrific inflation and a destruction of the housing market as that 7 trillion had to get parked somewhere after it did it's job. Things like art, bitcoin and gold also got tremendously overpriced with all of this cash floating around trying to find a home.

AMS74K is easier to manage by the US govt, so it will have the support of it 💯. From how Binance has been handled and currently managed, US govt will want to try to control the crypto space and make it an extension of the US dollar as a tool to control inflation and dollar economy. The people who consistently reference cisco, forget that Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc. Were all called Cisco too... Maybe stop comparing companies to Cisco, when Cisco was a unique case based on people not remotely understanding the product cisco sold.... there was no reason to believe that Cisco could keep selling their product just because the internet was expanding, that was an idea by people who don't understand tech. Nvidia isn't cisco.... You HAVE TO keep buying Nvidia product, unlike Cisco.
