Shows that the sum of two sinusoids is also a sinusoid. This is a special property of sinusoids. The video shows that this is not the case for other waveforms, such as square clock waveforms, and triangular waveforms.

This is the basis for channel estimation in an OFDM standard like 4G LTE. This is why one-tap channel equalization works. It took me a while to figure that out. Gives me a bit of comfort to see that there are others like me who took their time to understand this apparently simple thing!

This is like finding the period of sum of sinusoidal which my or may not be periodic Only the exception is the period is taken the same for the both of them and result also comes out sinusoidal
