All malls are dying. Globally. The market is changing, consumers aren't spending as frivolously, small shop owners are extorted and forced to pay either x1.5 of what they make, or have to pay specifically during time periods in which they haven't assembled the money yet. Greed. Its all greed. Greed has ruined everything on this earth and its no longer unnoticeable

This mall has certainly declined over the years, however I have to note it seems to be in a much slower state of decline than other malls that have died around the Phoenix area
