Like yourself, I need to practice with aiming of the grapple function. But I see the sword upgrade as a good thing and it's fun to play with! Brought it back to life in some ways!

How do you use the grapple effect on the sword?

You can use it by Pressung right click, in conols its the Same Button as aiming
