You're the only one to compare the timeline and based your prediction on that so hat's off. If possible please do also use the data of spouse visa and how long did it take so it will be more beneficial. Although good work.

Thank you for such a insightful video! Apparently, Labour seems to win next election. If Conservative changes the rule, do you think Labour can change the rule again? I hope Labour has more friendly postion to international students.

I also have an offer latter of sep intake chester university but due to these problems i want to go quickly so tell me guide is there everything ok if i come in june or may its right for to wait until may then after uk government decision i have to take process what's better fr me ?

The time you can enter the UK will be stated on your visa….I think a month to class resumption.

University of chester is a rubbish sch from my experience, and they held my deposit for 2 months+ and made me to loose admission in May for another university. I hope you know that the school has payment on enrollment?

I am starting my uni in Cranfield in October of 2024 if some of the rules change about the PSW, do you think that it applies to me? Otherwise, I can consider withdrawing my application from the university. Nothing has been announced, however, it happened before 2012. May I have your advice?

exactly, me too. will join the Uni of Essex in Oct 2024 and by canceling the PSW. a Master's degree costing 25K GPB won't be a good investment considering its ROI

I am not able to advise on such important decisions for your future, as I said in this video, it is a big risk to take, so always have a plan B if Graduate Visa will change. As I said, I do not think it will be cancelled completely, this is my prediction

Hi.If I enroll for a master's degree in the September 2024-2025 intake in the UK, conditions of the graduate visa would depend on current visa regulations ,or depend on place at the time of my application for the visa? If there are changes to the visa regulations in the future, would they apply to me?.

It is hard to predict the future, but previously, it worked this way: they announced in April 2011 that from April 2012, you no longer could get a post-study work visa, so anyone finishing a course more than one year after the announcement was not eligible as per my understanding. So I don't think they will close the route in 1 day, but it might not depend on your course start date, more like the end date. I started my course in 2011 and was not eligible for PSW in 2014

My PSW is going to be expiring in October this year. If i enrol for a master degree and complete it, will i be able to apply for another PSW and will the total time count towards an ILR?
