is the White Laggan bothy haunted?

Music created by Me many moons ago.
First off not a believer in ghosts, it's not something I think about.
This bothy was not too far from where I was camping so thought I'd have a bothy night as it's been awhile an this is what happened

That place is definitely haunted. Just came here after seeing the channel of Ruth Aisling who spent the night there as well. She was hearing weird noises too, and some people in the comments section of her video had some creepy paranormal experiences in there.

Great video and brilliant little bothy. I'd say the family were having a bit of fun with you, nothing else could explain those knocks. Well done for sticking it out, I'd have needed a Guinness or three to calm my nerves!

Awesome video! well done for staying there.....but I guess there was nowhere to run to in the dark in the middle of the wilds. Real creepy once the sun went down; nice to see you kept cool and emitted those positive vibes ; much respect 😎👍

Cheers, Yeah whys things have to happen at night! I like the night time it's normally just calm an peaceful. Wasn't gonna move on from a few bangs an stuff weird night though.

Hi Happy Hippy 👍 I stayed at White Laggan Bothy at halloween for the night with my wee dog MacTavish & i had a wee dram in remembrance too my mate who was cremated at halloween 2008, That was my wee dog MacTavish's last ever visit to white laggan bothy as he is 14 now 14 years of going bothying & hillwalking with man's best friend ❤️ The other bothy is Backhill O Bush Bothy it's about 6 mile from white laggan 👍 The knocking you heard might have been from the window above the front door it was due to get fixed as there was no pane of glass in it when i was there, i seen in another video that the window above the front door has been temporarily repaired with some corrugated sheeting it might have been that flapping about with the wind 👍 Good video mate Aw The Best fae Me & MacTavish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hey dude sorry to hear about your friend, glad you had a good remembrance for him though, sounds like that dogs had an amazing life travelling with you on your adventures bet he's been loving it. @@HappyHippy i like too go bothying & have a wee dram too friends that are no longer with us my mate was called Bothy Johnnie 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I have been visiting & staying at the bothies more than half my life i am now 51 & i have never heard of any noises at white laggan during the night like in your video so i thought it might have been the corrugated sheeting especially if there was no one camping near by, Your haggis & mustard looked tasty pal my mouth was watering 😂 I hope you enjoyed chilling in front of the fire listening too your tunes & if you were sitting on any of the 2 grey plastic chairs they were mine i carried them into white laggan bothy 10 years ago with my mate & MacTavish 👍 You never know my friend we might bump into each other someday in the great outdoors 👍 Aw The Best Happy Hippy fae Me & MacTavish 🐾🐾

Haha I just was more interested in aliens in my teens researching goings on. I can never top when I had 16grams without realising, made it in a drink for me an my mate, she didn't like it, was about to throw it away an I said "Nooo I'll have it" an off to the edge of the universe I went. I had a house an gave it up with ease, you could too easily. We all have choises in life, you've just got to pick what you want in life and take it. I'm in Scotland still March, but if your not much of a winter camper I'm back in August for about 3weeks, seeing Blink 182 in Glasgow then spending the rest of my time camping of course, so your more than welcome to join me for a camp

Yeah thought about doing a long one since my last one was in a bothy but didn't expect it to turn out like this. It definitely sounded like it was coming from the other room, it's all grass outside so don't think it would have sounded like that from out there

We got the knocks when we were there my friend will confirm also ! Just one tho ! We wrote it off but still we thought there was someone there and we even looked outside . Your video reminded me of the door my memories thought it was the window . Same sound tho so it must have been the same thing !

Did the knocks begin after you started the fire? Wondering if the noise could be chimney related. That bothy used to have an accessible loft at one time as an additional sleeping area. I wonder if it is used by bats or something now. Well done staying there and chilling out!

I don’t think your experience was a one off. There is a video from Ruth Aisling who had a similar experience. And if you read through the comments for her remote bothy video you will see some folk’s experienced the same as you.

the best part about hiking and camping channels is that when they post an occasional paranormal video its most likely not faked. It adds credibility to it. I bet you wont be using that place again lol
