The "perfect applicant" I think he is talking about Dominique Foxworth. He played in the NFL for 5-6 years and was the NFL players association representative who worked on the labor contract between the NFL players and the league. He ended up graduating from Harvard Business School. I could be wrong though 🤷🏿
